The Last President of A Free Democracy

The Last President of a Free Democracy

It seems as though the whole world is rejoicing to the news that the “Anointed One” has won the election. In reality it is one of the darkest day's America has ever witnessed. A veil has been thrown over the head of the great Lady of Liberty as her enemies have finally found a way to bring her to her knees. All that remains of the this once ”Great Beacon” of democracy are those ”Bitter Clingers” who are forced to accept their defeat.

Men and women from around the world will stand in awe as the “Anointed One'' stands at the cusp of attaining the most powerful position the world has to offer. With a belief that he will right the wrongs of the past and level the playing field for all, the masses rejoice at the idea of his rule. With a promise of prosperity and equality reminiscent of what Karl Marx wrote of, he has beguiled the masses with his empty promises.

But what of those ”Bitter Clingers” who stand in fear of what his ascension to power really means? When their leaders are declared enemies of the state and the laws are changed to stifle their dissent? What will they do when the country they loved resembles the tin horn dictatorships of South America? What will become of them, after their enemy has destroyed their way of life? Will they ever be able to mobilize as a force to take back their country? And what of their God, whom the friends of the “Anointed One” will inevitably declare illegal on grounds of tolerance?

Well, they can see the handwriting on the wall, and they do not need Daniel to interpret for them what the handwriting says. The “Anointed One” and his legion of godless councilors will claim that their God has been weighed in the balances, and found wanting. They will thus rule that their God and his laws are unconstitutional and unfit for today's society. The God whom their forefathers gave credit to for founding this once great democracy. The God whom they trust with their souls and pray to for salvation. Their God and their religion, will be reduced to a status similar to that which it received under the Roman Empire.

They also know it will be just a matter of time before those in power reverse centuries of achievements that have allowed this country to prosper and shine. Achievements that have enabled the very ones who have gained power to be where they are. Now these new rulers will make laws restricting the freedoms of these “Bitter Clingers”. Freedoms that have allowed them to rightfully cling to their Bibles, and their guns. Yes these “Bitter Clingers” believe in the Constitution that gave them their right to cling to their faith and their defense. A Constitution that will be shredded the day the “Anointed One” takes his place in history as the last President of this Free Democracy.

I say “Last President” of this free democracy, because in a free democracy you do not stifle the votes of some while allowing illegal votes of others. Something that will happen time and time again as long as the “Anointed Ones” cohorts are allowed to rule as they will be. When and “IF” the “Anointed One” leaves office, this country will never ever be the same again.

I posted this last night before I went to bed. Forgive me but I felt the urge to it post again for those who do not search old posts.

It is times like these that I am most reminded of Paul's words to the Thessalonians.

The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

And for this reason God will send them a strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
2Thessalonians 2:8-12

I fear we are truly on the cusp of the beginning of the end

For those who wish challenge my use of the word "Democracy", for this country. Well I know we live in a representative democracy, but it is a democracy just the same, and it worked better for my article by using the word democracy.

Yep. The evil ones have used America’s beautiful framework of freedom against her.

It’s over.

This lovely experiment probably didn’t stand much of a chance, but then, if the people THEN had been anything like the people NOW- America would never have happened.

Our enemies started this a long time ago when they took over the public education system and the proof it in the pudding: Obama as President; Murtha wins in spite of being a world-class moron and insulting his constituents; Franken coulkd still win in Mn. and Martin could still win in GA; The evidence is in every state. The American people are stupid and have grown “exceptionally” lazy.

This reads like DU in 2000 and 2004. Let’s not be like them. We lost one election, after having an unpopular president, bad economy, being outspent 3 to 1, and a media which is in the tank for the dems. All of that and we lost by a few percent. It is not the end of the world.

Considering the state of the economy, the low ratings for President Bush and the unpopular war in Iraq, we should not be surprised. Like it or not - most Americas vote their pocket books and self-interest. For all these reasons, Barak will be the next President. It’s amazing that John McCain did as well as he did and that the Demoncrats didn’t pick up more seats than they did in Congress. The positive thing is this - remember Jimmy Carter.

And exactly WHY was W so unpopular? Because the MEDIA said so? When did we lose our discernment? When did we start believing THEM?

We did not just lose an election here- THIS is so much more. It is the culmination of what the left has been doing in this country for the past 70 years- gradually destroying everything we EVER thought about ourselves. This isn’t just losing an election- not by a long shot.
We should have stayed awake. We should have fought the formation of the agencies as nests for leftists, we should have fought the control of the public schools by the left (our greatest loss), we should have fought the ACLU and the destruction of our culture by the poisonous left in the media and hollywood.

But we didn’t and now we reap the whirlwind. This wasn’t just a “lost election”.

I fear we are truly on the cusp of the beginning of the end

Last night the Republic died and Freedom died along with it. America was the last refuge of Freedom, the shining hope of the world. That is no more.

This is reality. The enemies of Freedom have triumphed. The masses have voted themselves bread and circuses.

The destruction of the Republic pursued by FDR, LBJ, and Clinton has been fulfilled by Obama. We now have a decaying relic called a "Democracy", rotten to the core. And freedom doesn't exist in a Democracy, only the autocracy of the masses.

What is left to us is to fight a rearguard action preserving the memory of the light of freedom for as long as possible. Because its loss is permanent.

Weep for the Republic. It died without even a whimper. Now the long decline begins.

I was optimistic all day long yesterday. I truly believed McCain would pull through, alas he did not.

My faith in my fellow American is gone, I can no longer believe we will right this sinking ship. Like the Titanic and Babylon which both went unexpectedly, yet quickly to their doom, America as we know it is finished.

I now fully understand how we as the greatest country this world has ever seen cannot and will not be apart of the worlds final destruction.

I have never been one to see every doomsday scenario from the Bible as taking place in my lifetime, but sooner or later we all must face the inevitable fact that the signs are just too overwhelming to ignore.

It is truly time for us all to take stock of our faith and who we put it in. I for one will from now on see things quite differently then I did when I woke up yesterday morning.

This lovely experiment probably didn’t stand much of a chance . . .
Someone said that nations usually last about 200 years. We lasted 232.

This reads like DU in 2000 and 2004. Let’s not be like them. We lost one election . . . by a few percent.
All the last elections were won/lost by liberals vs conservatives. The losers picked themselves up, dusted themselves off, and went after the opposition again in two years. This time we have a Communist in power who will use every means to keep the others down in the dust by any means available - existing, or if needs be, invented.

It is not the end of the world.
I sure hope so - it's gonna be a Helluva fight in any event.

It is not the end of the world.

I agree; it's not the end of the world. The end of America, yes. But not the end of the world.
