McCain May Be Named “Ambassador to America”
A Semi-News/Semi-Satire from AzConservative ^ | 15 Nov 2008 | John Semmens

Posted on 11/16/2008 8:50:46 AM PST by John Semmens

Aides report that Obama is toying with the idea of naming defeated rival Senator John McCain (R-Ariz.) to the newly created post of “Ambassador to America.” The idea is said to have arisen from the Senator Obama’s “feelings of alienation from a large segment of the population.”

“If my administration is to be successful, I’ve got to be able to communicate with the bitter minority that opposed me,” Obama is reported to have said. “Who could be better suited to such a task than Senator McCain? He was able to persuade nearly 60 million of them to vote for him. Now maybe he can persuade them to support my efforts to change America.”

McCain is said to be open to the idea of becoming the first American to be appointed as an ambassador to his own country. “The classic definition of an ambassador is someone sent abroad to lie for his country,” McCain observed. “Being able to fulfill this traditional role without having to leave home would be a truly unique opportunity. I would’ve been just another white, male president. Now, I could be, like George Washington, the ‘father’ of a new American tradition in governance. It’s a dream come true.”

Yes I believe he would. Saw a snippet on FOX where McCain is meeting with Obamas transition team and told hubby with what I’m thinking, I may need a tin foil hat soon.

I don't see this as being that far fetched of a scenario.

Obama does need someone to represent the 30-40 million illegal aliens. That is until the mass citizenship swearing in ceremony happens some Sunday morning at 1 am!

Then McCain's Ambassador post would be dissolved like fat in a hot lye bath which would produce a cleansing soap. A soap Obama will require every Real American Citizen to wash with to cleanse the bigotry he sees in us away!

..”bitter minority” I am speechless.

Listen up Senator Obama. Yes, that’s right, you are still a Senator until the electoral college votes. So just sit down and SHUT IT!!!

There is nothing you can do to reach many of us and I hope by many I mean (millions) but I am not in a position to speak for anyone else but myself. You don’t know me sir and you never will!!!!! I would suggest you go back to your fancy Communication Experts and take a CLASS.

Your words and actions continue to alienate people who didn’t vote for you. If John McCain dares to direspect us by taking any post you offer him then you two deserve each other.

I believed Senator McCain when he said, “stand up and fight for what is right for our country.” Even if Senator McCain really didn’t mean what he said, I will always stand up and fight for what is right for my country and you Sir are NOT RIGHT FOR MY COUNTRY!!!

I will never fall for your empty rhetoric. Just save it for all the rest you continue to manipulate.

As for you, Senator McCain. Please here me. I have given you the benefit of the doubt because you have earned it. Do not take anything this person has to offer you. If you do, you will lose all my respect. I expect you to stand up and fight for what is right for our country. Show us you meant what you said.

You can still work with someone from the Senate floor and not sacrifice your conservative principles. They are there because you told us you had them on the trail. Please re-build your brand by showing us you care more about our CONSERVATIVE primciples.

I don’t believe you lost the election by eligible votes. I believe more legitimate US citizens voted for you. There was too much Acorn, corrupt donations and corrupt officials in bed with Senator Obama to ever make me believe this election was a free-and-fair election.

Senator Obama you are the biggest fraud in history. No, I did not vote for you because of your complexion. I did not vote for you, because

-you are unqualified,
-you are a manipulator,
-you are an illusion

but most of all you lack the character to be employed in any facet of our government. Bitter, no, but angry, yes, by your continued arrogance and audacity.

Senator McCain, please don’t turn your backs on the people who voted for you. You owe us. We fought for you and will still fight for you but this election was bought and stolen.
How can you REFORM government Sir when you are sleeping with a person who was corrupt on so many fronts to steal and buy this election.

““Who could be better suited to such a task than Senator McCain? He was able to persuade nearly 60 million of them to vote for him.”

It’s official. Barry and McPain are both delusional.

20 million voted for McCain. The rest voted for Sarah.

Delicious satire (or is it?- LOL!)! From Shuttle Diplomacy to Straight Talk Diplomacy. After all, McCain normalized relations with the North Vietnamese commies for his pal Clinton, so this gig should be a snap. I feel a surge comin’ on mah FRiends. LOL!
