(Washington, DC – 12/08/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States today filed with the U.S. Supreme Court an Application for an Injunction to Stay the Electoral Votes on December 15, 2008 and prohibit V.P. Richard B. Cheney, the House of Representatives and the Senate counting any votes for Obama until Obama Proves he is “Qualified” to be President.
Berg filed this while waiting to hear if the U.S. Supreme Court will hear the Writ of Certiorari that he filed on October 30, 2008, requesting review of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Judge Surrick’s Dismissal of Philip J. Berg’s lawsuit against Barack H. Obama, Jr., the DNC and the other co-Defendants regarding “standing.”
Mr. Berg remarked today, “I know that Mr. Obama is not a constitutionally qualified natural-born citizen and is ineligible to assume the office of President of the United States.”
Berg continued, “Obama knows he is not ‘natural born’ as he knows where he was born and he knows he was adopted in Indonesia; Obama is an attorney, Harvard Law grad who taught Constitutional law; Obama knows his candidacy is the largest ‘hoax’ attempted on the citizens of the United States in over 200 years; Obama places our Constitution in a ‘crisis’ situation; and Obama is in a situation where he can be blackmailed by leaders around the world who know Obama is not qualified.”
There are millions of natural born Americans who can claim citizenship in other countries and are still eligible to be President.

Guess you haven’t discovered that a Certification of Live Birth can and is generously granted to folks born in other countries. A Certificate of Live Birth is what alot of folks call a birth certificate. Even Hawaii won’t accept a Certification as proof of Hawiian lineage.
The constitution specifies Natural Born. Now how the heck do you prove that unless you release the original records?
And why spend a million bucks avoiding this disclosure?

If that is the case, when do you expect the SCOTUS to hear and decide the Donofrio case?
Will they be deciding the case prior to December 15th when Electors meet at the state capitols?
I was reading some history recently and read something about the Founders not wanting divided loyalties. If I can find it again, I will post it for you.
I have no idea but that is the case.
Here are some cases that you may want to ponder to determine what is a Natural Born Citizen.
A. A man born in Hawaii in 1961 to a father who is a British citizen and by the fact that his father was a British citizen can claim British citizenship.
B. A man born to American parents in the early 1960’s in Brazil who because of the place of his birth can claim Brazilian citizenship.
C. A woman born in New York to American Jewish parents and because of her Jewish faith and lineage can claim Israeli citizenship.
Now which of the above people are not Natural Born citizens and cannot serve as President of the United States?
Obama is a blank slate for the most part. We know little about him. But we know he has family in Kenya. He campaigned for his cousin, Raila Odinga. And there are recent photos of him with step-grandmother Sarah Obama. That's divided loyalty.

Now we have a man of whom we know very little but it is obvious he is Muslim and not only has hung closely with terrorists (Ayers, Dohrn) but plans on appointing some of the worst scum from the Clinton era, his comments on Israel are not friendly, he would "talk" with Iran's dictator/madman, etc. It is obvious he considers the US just another place in the world, part of the GWO.
As far as I can figure this all hinges on his father's citizenship: if he was a British subject in the colony of Kenya at that time, Zero cannot be eligible.
The authenticity of the one and only document produced by the Obama campaign is disputed. Until that particular question is resolved, there is no proof.

There is no law that states that a American Citizen who is a Dual Citizen losses any of his rights as a citizen.
So yes, a person who can claim duel citizenship is qualified to be president.
If it was authentic. That is disputed. There is anecdotal evidence that he was born in Kenya (his grandmother says she attended, among others who make parallel claims). He needs to show a real, verifiable document and make all this go away. The longer he holds out, the less credible he is.
There is his (Kenyan) grandmother's testimony that he was born in Kenya and she attended. Perhaps she is addled. Perhaps we are.
That much is true. However, Obama has not provided any verifiable authentic proof that he was in fact born in the US. The single document provided falls short in many ways and is credibly argued to be a forgery. There is testimony from multiple sources as to Obama's birth in Kenya. No conclusive proof either way as to Obama's eligibility has been provided. This is the one job in all the world that requires this one particular qualification, and arguably it is also the most important job in the world as well. It shouldn't be an unreasonable request to require proof of this qualification when well over 95% of all the people on Earth do not possess it. We should not be expected to give anyone - you , me , John Wayne or Ronald Reagan or Barack Obama (you have no idea how much it hurt to put the three of them in the same sentence) - the benefit of the doubt. If the baby-killing, America hating, racist, Marxist stealth jihadist can prove his natural born status, then so be it. He would then be proven eligible and we can work on depriving him of his rubber stamp in 2010. But if there is no BC, then there will be no Peace.

Let's parse this thing and see if you can point out any possible weaknesses. There is a you tube of someone saying an Obama aide said they'd spent $800,000 on legal fees.
If the weakness of that statement isn't apparent, then I'm wasting time and energy.
I have asked on a recent previous thread,which had almost 800 responses, for anyone to cite documentation for either the $800,000 figure or the other "three law firms and millions of dollars".
I have received one response citing Joe Sandler of Sandler, Reiff and Young, who are, in fact, lawyers for the DNC. The fact that lawyers for the DNC are representing the party's interests (as opposed to "fighting") in the many and varied cases around the country is not unusual, nor suspect. I have not seen one reference that anyone from the Obama campaign is "fighting" these cases. I am certainly open to be corrected, with at least some documentation, please.
The quality of this bandied about "fact" speaks to the quality of all the other arguments of the roughly 150 unaccountable posters who have worked themselves into an impenetrable frenzy over Obama's citizenship.
That being the case, could you please let me know what the previous 42 men who have held the Office of the President did to prove their status as a natural born citizen?
Is there some vault somewhere in D.C. where all the other president's birth certificates are held?
To the best of my knowledge, only Chester Arthur's natural born status was disputed (obviously excluding pre-Constitutional citizens such as Washington, Madison, etc.) He provided documents to establish his eligibility. Some claimed them to be forged but it was not proven. He served as our 21st President. He is alleged to have been born in Canada and stolen his deceased younger, American born brother's identity to hide it. To this day it has still not been proven that he committed any fraud. It's 43 previous men (depending on how you count Grover Cleveland who is traditionally counted twice, as 22nd and 24th, because his two terms were not contiguous).
