An unscientific poll being conducted by America Online reveals more and more people are having second thoughts about Barack Obama's eligibility to occupy the Oval Office.
Those who raised questions about his vague history before the election largely drew scorn from the mainstream media, which cited an online image from Obama's campaign that purportedly proved his U.S. citizenship with a Hawaiian "Certification of Live Birth."
But the latest results from the America Online poll reveal that nationwide only 41 percent of the participants now believe there is no issue to be investigated.
Fifty-three percent nationwide, and majorities in 45 states individually, say "yes" when asked if there is "any merit" to the controversy surrounding his citizenship. Even in Obama's own state, Illinois, the opinion is split 47-47 percent on the issue.
WND has reported on nearly 20 lawsuits that have been filed in various courts around the nation, including several that have reached the U.S. Supreme Court.
They all in various ways allege Obama does not meet the "natural born citizen" clause of the U.S. Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, which reads, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

My official position on it is this: Even if he was born in Hawaii, his own camp admits that he had dual citizenship because of his (alleged) biological father being Barack Hussein Obama Sr. So, Barack Jr. was simultaneously a British subject because according to British law, citizenship automatically conferred to little Hussein because Kenya was a colony of the U.K. at the time...therefore, because he was born with allegiance owed to a foreign government, and thus divided loyalty (which, btw, Hussein has demonstrated repeatedly that he is anything BUT loyal to the United States!), this fraud is A TEXTBOOK EXAMPLE OF WHAT THE FOUNDING FATHERS WERE TRYING TO AVOID. He does NOT meet the natural born citizen requirement, because he was born owing allegiance to a foreign government.
On foreign soil, before a crowd of hundreds of thousands in Berlin, he proclaimed himself “a citizen of the world”...he refused to wear an American flag lapel pin until he was backed into a corner over it, and he’s on video during the national anthem, refusing to place his hand over his heart while other candidates were doing so...Hussein has taken every possible opportunity to badmouth the United States (unless the circumstances utterly required that he at least pretend to sound patriotic and loyal)...so my prediction for 2009 is that we will see a full-blown Constitutional crisis over this, as the public outcry will mount, and ultimately, the truth will out.

Yes. This is why the election was so important. With this, the rules have changed and it will be very difficult for Republicans or conservatives to win any type of election in the future. Look at Minnesota!
The one thing we can do, I believe, is to fight the PR war. The window of opportunity will close rapidly as the web becomes increasingly censored and the media continues its pro-Obama blitz. Still people who aren’t aware of what’s going on need to be informed. Even more than that, they need to “fee” like something’s wrong with this election.

I was totally shocked to see the editorial comic in the Columbus Dispatch this morning. Maybe someone can post it.
It had 0bama talking on TV saying “Americans, now that I’m President, I can announce I’m from the Planet Zorf and you will be our food source....
The fellow in the audiance told his wife “I told you that 0bama Birth Certificate from Hawaii is Fake!”
With this becoming a safe for conservative talk radio when will Rush and the rest of them come out of hiding and start talking about this issue?
I won’t be holding my breath however. Due to their not covering this issue I’ve stopped listening to them on radio.

The last great generation of patriotic Americans is nearly gone. Along with them go the moral/ethical principles that brought this country to such a high level in the first place.
These new generations are fully corrupt or indoctrinated and incapable of rising to anything great except from a small number of them who were brought up under the old value system. But those numbers are becoming very few. Certainly not even close to enough to turn it around.
So what is the solution? It's like an Alcoholic who is near death from his addiction. The only way to turn it around is to hit bottom, then start over with an acute awareness.
The saddest and most frustrating thing is that I’m afraid so many, too many perhaps, will insist that he hold the office even if it is proved that he was born in Kenya and that he himself was a member of the Weather Underground in its last incarnation in NYC when he was 20...
So accurate, your analysis...unfortunately many alkies just die or waste away instead of recovering; many commit suicide, as our country so painfully obviously IS doing..!

They will not care where Obama comes from. The issue of his technical citizenship is not important. The fact that he is President will stand and any effort to push this technicality will repeatedly fail.
The worst part is, it will be used against Conservatives to make them appear as nitpicking sore losers, who can no longer win on their own popular merit.
It has already happened among the young. If any one of their generation show Conservative principles, they are shunned and treated as uncool. They have become the object of ridicule that used to be heaped on nerds, homos, lepers, minorities and geeks.

BUT, if the AOL survey results in the WND article are for real, it is encouraging, because it tells a story about a groundswell of skepticism regarding Hussein’s eligibility—which would be so helpful to our cause and to our spirits if enough people really want to get at the truth...

There’s a healthy part of me, I suppose it’s the Al-Anon part, that is nurturing a good chunk of detachment about it all, trying not to care too much, trying to take care of myself and not be too codependent toward my sick society! But even still, I watch....wait...type...phonebank & canvass...yell, scream, etc....
