Yard lantern jockeys are going to be big sellers this year. Afterall, it is satire. Now where can I get one with big ears, waxed chest, and skinny legs, lighting up.

What? Are we expecting fairness and honesty from the MSM? are we expecting fairness and honesty from Liberals? But I repeat myself.
Democrats and the media (another redundancy, I know) were blind-sided by Sarah Palin's selection as Republican Veep candidate. She proved to be very bright, very personable, and very popular. In short, the frightened the heck out of the Left, therefore it is their intent to destroy any possible credibility she might have well before she can make a run at the presidency in 2012.
They intend to damage her as much as possible and hope that it carries over to the next election.
Don't expect that assault to end very soon.

I wonder if “shop ‘til you drop” could be a good slogan for the Illinois senate seat.

Philadelphia, despite its grand history, has been turned into something a notch below a public toilet.

WTF?
Were there many Mondale-Ferraro jokes still being told in 1985?
Must’ve gotten under their skin.
Aren’t they supposed to be a charitable organization?
I hope this bites them on the rump when their next fundraiser comes around.

Yeah, that one would make agood satire, in a sane world. The eyes tell a lot.

I don’t think this is all about Sarah. I think that any conservative who dares enter the ring will be facing this same trial by fire. The knives were drawn to take her out.
If she’d be a traditional white male, it would’ve been even more direct.
And I don’t see Sarah as the saving figure for the GOP or conservative movment but I do admire her being able to stand toe to toe with them and being unwilling to concede the issues of abortion and man made global warming.
I think that the Left IS still afraid of her and will be continuing their campaign against her over the next several years just to make sure that she stays “in her place” and isn’t “uppity”.
To hear the Left say it, Conservatives/Christians, etc need to sit down and shut up (not even “be seen and not heard”). Frankly, they do not tolerate dissent nor do they wish to engage in ideological debate. They want to silence the Right. And whether it is figure like “Joe the Plumber” or “Sarah Palin”, the full power of the shadow government (to dig through government records) and trumpet “satire” on the boob tube 24-7 (to put false quotes in your mouth) will be brought to bear on anyone who may make the Democrat policies look bad.

It's not just Philly either. Look at most cities throughout America and you'll see the same "ring around the toilet."
