Barack Obama's apologists state that his birth certificate controversy has "been proven a lie." They want it to be a lie, which of course has nothing whatsoverwith do with the fact it is not a lie. They can say it is; open their mouths and say all kinds of things. The fact they are not correct simply . . . exists. Whether Obama is not Constitutionally eligible to be President may not be proven. What is proven, so far at least, is that he and his minions have used every means at their disposal to hide efforts at exposing the truth.

...who the hell knows? Apparently the American people don’t care, the MSM is unwilling to ask, and the courts refuse to grant standing to anyone to make a determination.
I’ve seen Dental Charts from 1973 from the Inquisition over W’s servcie, though...from Alabama Nat’l Guard clinic...I’m telling you, this is p*ssing me off to no end that this Mutt in the WH is getting this kind of pass...
All we need is one state refusing to put him on the ballot in the next election and feces will impact the air circulation device.
Two lawyers I know say that even if he was born in Kenya, the fact that his mother was a citizen makes him a citizen. I thought that there was something about her age but don’t know the law to cite.
And we know this because ?????????????????????
Could it have been spectral evidence ????????
This issue is not going away. It is a smoldering fire just below the surface that will eventually erupt.
BUZZ! "I'm sorry, you were just eliminated from Constitutional Jeopardy, we have some lovely parting gifts for you."
Article II, Section 1:
"No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States."
The test is not whether he is a citizen, but whether he meets the legal definition of a “natural born citizen.” I think to meet that higher standard at the time of his birth both parents had to be citizens, and his mother had to have met a certain residency requirement which was not possible because of her age. I forget the specifics, but something like she had to reside in the country 20 years before giving birth, but the mom hadn’t even lived, that long so she didn’t meet the requirement.
Sorry, I can’t get my fingers on the site just now, but maybe one of the other Freepers will help out with the specifics.
You know what could happen, if things go our way with the dem witch Pelosi, the other dems are already debating on how to distance themselves from her. If the CIA sees that it has the support of the citizens, and they (CIA) already know that the citizens are aware of her lies, hell, they may decide to make it a hayday and start going after the dems 1 by 1.
There may even be a little back room meeting with the CIA & the a$$ O, threatening to expose his highness. With the MSM turning so wonderfully on her royal witchness, they may also think that turning on more dems might make them look better & raise their ratings...
What do you think...alot of wishful thinking huh?
Hmmm, had Obama been a resident for 14 years before running for office?
The thing to remember about attorneys is that they all know they’re right and they all disagree.
Except most of the CIA are dems themselves.
This was personal with Nancy.
If he isn’t hiding anything why did he issue an executive order on
inauguration day keeping his birth certificate and grades away
from the public?
Yeh, they are dems, but that sure didn’t stop the head honcho from slamming her. Its like the few states that are jumping on the 10th amendment right now. They are dems, repubs, & independents. NO ONE is free from this sh*%!
And everyone in those states are stepping up, even the dems.
Who knows....
Fixing it: the MSM is unwilling
refusing to ask....
You said — Keep it up

Well, that’s not going to do it. It hasn’t thus far and I would be willing to bet that it never will.
What *will* make a difference, though, is if people work in their respective states to pass state laws to require the necessary and specific documentation for a candidate to be on the ballot, or else, their name will not be allowed on that ballot.
There are several states already working on that one right now. This is a solid solution — while “keep it up” with reports and protests won’t accomplish it.
Specific laws in the states, however, will do it...
Yes, I like the resurrection of the 10th amendment. That offers hope!

Yeah, the issue is not going away, and it’s not accomplishing anything either... LOL...
Post #18 is what will accomplish something.
