A veteran made an appearance on Larry King with Dr. Phil and a former POW Shoshana Johnson to discuss the possible motivations of Nidal Hasan. After Dr. Phil pontificates on the mental state of a man he doesn't know, Tom Kenneth a veteran and civil defense attorney states that he thinks it is time to take a step back from the psycho babble. Ms. Johnson and Dr. Phil spend the rest of the segment chastising him while Kenneth continues to make his point.

The vet lawyer made a mistake which cost him his crdibility: He asked Shoshana if she had been to Iraq (Shoshana was a POW there).
He is right, but this cost him his argument.
I keep waiting for some shrink to attribute this to PRE-traumatic stress syndrome.
I suppose this jihadist had PTSD as result of some future trauma that he might someday experience.
They will say anything and expect us to swallow it.

I disagree - he doesn’t know her and she went into the mad black woman mode when she screeched that she was a POW as if the entire world was supposed to know that.
I am with you, he ran circles around the two other idiots. For this POW to say because he had to listen to the things that were said to him, could have caused him to have PTSD is BEYOND stupid! THAT is when she lost ALL of her arguments!
Especially, since he has no way of knowing if what the soldiers tell him is real, is conjecture, is embellished - he is not there to “record” these bad things! He is supposed to listen to them and help them THROUGH these feelings, not have them relive the entire stressful situation.
Every time someone with an “Arabic” sounding name is involved, all the pundits and idiots say, let’s not talk about that. Let’s not do something crazy like look at EVERY POSSIBLE PROBLEM to find the solution!
Starting an investigation with the preconceived notion that his name is NOT important is WORSE than starting an investigation WITH it. By leaving that portion off the table, the investigators have already limited their possible solutions. LOOK AT EVERY ANGLE! TURN OVER EVERY STONE! Start EVERYWHERE! That is all the vet lawyer was saying!!

I don’t think that mistake cost him the argument. You, I , and others can see that he is right in his arguments.
Dr. Phil said that it is irresponsible to say that there may be an Islamic motivation. Not saying it is irresponsible. 13 people are dead because of Dr. Phil’s brand of political correctness.
It does no one any good to phsycho babble these guys. They are part of a global cabal and cult that wants to kill and thinks going to their whorehouse, where they can rape 72 virgins for eternity, is an honor.
The rest of their peace loving family must understand this; until they go through a spiritual and mental reformation they can never be viewed as a people who respect other religions and people without equivocation and their religious views are to be respected in the same way ours should be.
Moreover, their silence gives both sanction and imprimatur to this murderous behavior.
It is unbelievable that no one outside CAIR stands in solidarity with humanity to condemn this. CAIR for those who are uninformed because they just can't be bothered with facts is the modern day Muslim Brotherhood and PLA organization which seeks to act as a political arm of Islam and promote Islam by claiming they are the ones being martyred. Still yesterday, CAIR once again begins their fake condemnation of their brother in arms and then says their will surely be backlash against muslims. Really? Show me, Ibrahim Hooper, how many muslims died in the aftermath of 911? How many muslims were marginalized in the last eight years? The answer? NONE! You are a fatuous liar. Islam is currently responsible for all major conflicts in the world. We see what is happening in Darfur. Islamic Arabs are emigrating south through Africa and in their wake leaving dead bodies of those they consider not worthy to be human anymore by their faith in Christ. How can we accept you when you kill thousands of people around the world in the name of your allah?
Your message of peace must not be real nor very effective if you have to make you point with the blade of a knife or the point of a gun. In fact, your belief system demands conversion, now, here on earth or death to the non-believer.

She says that she had no intention of going into combat. Her company's duty was to supply mechanics to repair the Patriot missile trucks housed at the post... Johnson was in a convoy that was ambushed and taken captive in the city of Nasiriyah. Iraqi troops ambushed her supply convoy when it took a wrong turn. There had been bitter fighting around Nasiriyah, a vital crossing point of the River Euphrates. Johnson was among a dozen soldiers in the convoy who was captured. She received a bullet wound to her ankle, causing injuries to both legs.Now while I respect her for being willing to serve her country in the military, she has made a career out of her accidental experience...including a book deal:
Johnson signed a book deal with Dafina Books to write her story with Paul T. Brown, titled One Wrong Turn, which will tell her side of the story and tell more about some of her fallen comrades. Dr. Phil is an asshat like so many others and walks around with a fence post up his ass, like so many others. To him and others like him, I say get off the fence and pick a side! However, as they were ponying up for collective humanity, CAIR issued a statement recognizing this chump as a muslim:
“We condemn this cowardly attack in the strongest terms possible and ask that the perpetrators be punished to the full extent of the law. No political or religious ideology could ever justify or excuse such wanton and indiscriminate violence. The attack was particularly heinous in that it targeted the all-volunteer army that protects our nation. American Muslims stand with our fellow citizens in offering both prayers for the victims and sincere condolences to the families of those killed or injured.”
Why would they release a statement like that about a fellow muslim?
Dr. Phil, could rationalize that one for me?
Shoshona Johnson has marketed her POW status for years on the Larry King show from what I understand from those who watch him. She acts like she was a POW for a long time instead of 22 days; Less time that it would take her to down 1000 canoles. She was a Food Service Specialist in a convoy which took a wrong turn and got ambushed.
You rarely ever hear real heroes get on TV as often as she does. It turns out that the real hero of that incident was then PFC Patrick Miller who earned the Silver Star for actions taken before and during his 22 day capture. Ms. Johnson deserves the John Kerry Phony Warriors Citation.
I think Dr. Tom Kenneth needs to go on FOX NEWS where an intelligent discussion of this subject is 1000 times more likely to take place.
