Three areas the GOP needs to focus on to take down Obama and his band of socialists. TAKE NOTES!

In the past year, we’ve interacted with Republicans for the first time in our lives, primarily through people we met via the McCain/Palin campaign and this website.

What we’ve found most interesting in that time is how different Democrats and Republicans see elections — which is something many of you out there might not even realize.

We grew up Democrat, and every day was a campaign day. The only day we weren’t campaigning for something was Election Day, in which case we were working our lists getting as many old people, drunks, homeless, and the sick to polling places as possible in Democrat controlled areas. Just about the only time any of us drive cars in the course of a year is polling day…and that’s to run shuttle services for people who would otherwise sit home and not vote Democrat.

The day after an election, Democrats start gearing up for the next one.

Republicans have a big Election Day networking breakfast, followed by a Watch the Polls mid-morning brunch, then a Polling Day buffet at the Union Club, followed by a Results Watch LIVE! cocktail party at the trendiest and most expensive bar in town.

Then, when they lose, they have a commiserating reception the next day on somebody’s yacht, where they break out the really good scotch and wonder where it all went wrong.

Nine months later, they decide to start thinking about the next election.

A year after that, they finally get around to picking a candidate, typically going with someone unwinnable, abrasive, terrible, zealous, fringe, or flat-out nuts (see: Pulido, Rosanna in Chicago’s last special election).

Another Election Day, another chance to mope and drink. That’s doing it the Republican way in Illinois.

MEANWHILE, Liberals are using ACORN, the Alinsky playbook, and George Soros’ commandments to install radicals as the Secretaries of State in most purple states, such as the vile Jennifer Brunner, ACORN accomplice, in Ohio. The DNC has a multi-faceted scheme for fraud and electoral corruption that counts on not only installing people like Brunner in the election process, but also depends on Republicans going to their cocktail parties oblivious of what’s going on.

Currently, things are starting to trend Republican in the polls for 2010, which is actually a counterintuitively bad thing.

Republicans’ worst vice is complacency. If they believe “it’s in the bag for us” in 2010, they will sit on their butts, or start party planning for the next election celebration. That is the last thing they can afford to do.

Here is what we would like to see happen on the GOP side so that Dr. Utopia, our illustrious current president, can be defeated in 2010 and removed from office in 2012:

(1) ACORN and all of its affiliates like the SEIU must be staked through the heart, dismembered, covered in Holy Water, eviscerated, cremated, and rocketed directly into the sun.

Even then, it will still be a threat.

It’s obvious to us Republicans still don’t realize what they are dealing with in terms of ACORN.

ACORN is a domestic terrorist organization and criminal enterprise.

If Al Capone was alive today, he would be proud so much of his organization is still intact, by way of ACORN. These people are criminals, and the new Capone, at large, is George Soros, whom too few Republicans know anything about.

Capone’s footmen and lieutenants ran neighborhoods, with Capone cells positioned every few blocks to control what the hapless souls in their areas did: who they voted for, where they spent their money, what they did for work.

That’s what Soros-fueled ACORN does today…and it’s all part of a massive Get Out the Vote effort that keeps putting radicals and liberals into office.

We tell you as often as possible what we saw ACORN do for Dr. Utopia during the primaries and general election last year. In Iowa, we saw ACORN bus in hundreds of people from Chicago to Ioawa caucus sites, where ACORN supporters ran the check-in tables and allowed non-Ioawans to vote for Dr. Utopia in the caucus. ACORN pushed and shoved old people, told them they were in the wrong caucus site, and insisted if they didn’t vote for Dr. Utopia they would tell all their friends and neighbors they were RAAACISTS.

It was the most vile thing we had ever seen…until we went to Ohio, Texas, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and other states where we campaigned first for Hillary Clinton and then for McCain/Palin.

ACORN, teamed up with the SEIU and Black Panthers, blocked polling places so non-Utopia voters couldn’t cast their ballots. “You’re going to vote right, aren’t you?”, these thugs would say to old people in particular, telling them they would know if they didn’t vote for Utopia and there would be consequences for voting “wrong”.

In Chicago, we don’t know how it’s done, but the local Aldermen really do know who you voted for. We seriously are baffled by how they do it, but we’re repeatedly told by property owners that if they call the Alderman’s office after they didn’t vote for him or her, there’s a pause on the phone as it feels like their names are looked up in a book. If they didn’t “vote right”, then no one will come pick up their garbage. If they did vote right, the City workers can’t move fast enough to get things taken care of.

We didn’t believe this until we watched it in action one day, with two different people, both living in the same Alderman’s district, calling about the same parking issue. One of them voted for him, and the other didn’t. They called the same office, just hours apart. The one who voted for him got what she wanted…the one who voted for the other guy got the shaft.

It was stunning.

And when you hear stories about what Helen Jones-Kelly, Obama operative, did in Ohio and what Jennifer Brunner, Ohio’s Secretary of State, did to get as many fraudulent votes and fake voter registrations through in 2008, you have to wonder how much ELSE is going on that you never hear about.

As much as we love Glenn Beck, Andrew Brietbart, Anita Moncrief, Hannah Giles, and the rest who’ve been in the forefront exposing ACORN lately, we’re afraid of that Republican complacency creeping in again.

Congress passed a bill to cut ACORN’s funding…but ACORN is suing to get the funding restored. They will most likely win.

Funding ACORN is like putting Al Capone on the national payroll. It must be stopped.

George Soros is running a systematic campaign to put ACORN loyalists like Jennifer Brunner into Secretary of State positions in all 50 states if he can. He must be stopped.

We have only from now until 2010 to hit ACORN with everything we’ve got so the Liberals can be driven from Congress…with the larger goal of using 2010-2012 to make sure ACORN is completely eliminated before the 2012 elections, so Dr. Utopia will not have his greatest field asset available to him.

(2) The Five Horsemen of the GOP 2012 Apocalypse must be discredited and marginalized before the MSM can push them as the 2012 nominee.

See above where we talk about Democrats fighting future elections while Republicans are sipping martinis at cocktail party meet and greets and networking events.

Democrats are pushing five men to be Dr. Utopia’s opponent in 2012, all of whom are sure to lose against him:

(a) Mitt Romney — who conservatives will be lukewarm to, no one can get excited about, and whom flip-flops on just about everything so much even he doesn’t know what he stands for. That’s more fatal to his candidacy than his Mormonism is — because, like it or not, there are a lot of Americans who are openly hostile towards and prejudiced against Mormons. It’s not fair, but unlike with Islam, speaking out against Mormons is socially acceptable and highly encouraged by the MSM. Romney would make an excellent Treasury or Commerce Secretary in the next administration…but he is a very nice, bland man who should not be a Presidential or Vice Presidential nominee. Ever.

(b) Mike Huckabee — a very nice and likeable man who is exceptionally entertaining. He’s also very useful for Democrats because he was an excellent spoiler for Romney in Iowa in 2008. Democrats used Huck to take Romney down there, as Romney would have been a bigger threat in 2008 than McCain was. Democrats plan to use Huckabee again in Iowa in 2012, possibly to take down Sarah Palin or Fred Thompson, if the two of them decide to run. The MSM would treat Huck with kid gloves as long as he’s damaging other, stronger national candidates: he will appeal to conservatives and force his peers to get into social issues Republicans would be smart to avoid if they want to keep Independents in the fold. All Independents want to hear about are jobs, the economy, jobs, scaling back the overreach of government, jobs, and turning back Dr. Utopia’s encroachment into their private lives. Oh, and jobs.

(c) Tim Pawlenty – less exciting than watching paint dry. Plus, there has never been a good photograph taken of this man, not even by people who really like him and have tried for hours to take such a photograph. He always comes off looking droopy eyed and jowely, tired, and vaguely used-car-salesman. Like it or not, that’s going to matter when the media revs up to full blast to give Dr. Utopia a second term. You need to understand that the MSM bet everything on this man, and they will lose everything if he’s a one-term Carteresque failure. Tim Pawlenty does not have what it takes to be the Presidential nominee…though he might, just might, be a good VP pic. He’s more interesting and photogenic than Joe Biden, at least.

(d) Charlie Crist — someone else who would be used by the MSM like Huckabee, but who will ultimately be outed by the MSM when they are done using him to take down stronger candidates. Everything Crist did at the Green Iguana will one day be made public. It is only a matter of time. No amount of weddings can do Crist any better than they did Rock Hudson, Tom Cruise, or John Travolta. Charlie Crist might as well be a candleabra toting pianist for as believable he is as a heterosexual. Just like with Aaron Schock, another darling of the MSM for the GOP, Crist is a timebomb who keeps being built up by people who are eager to one day out him when he can do the most damage to the GOP.

(e) Jon Huntsman — the most interesting of all the Horsemen on this list, Huntsman was removed from his governorship and sent to China by Dr. Utopia, with Rahm Emanuel calling him a threat to Utopia’s second term. That’s like the Harlem Globetrotters talking about how much they dread playing the Washington Generals. Huntsman is a delusional fool. He will more likely than not indeed be encouraged to run in 2012. No doubt the DNC and large Democrat donors will fund his campaign. He is the candidate Democrats want to run against in 2012, more than Romney even, just as Dems wanted to run against John McCain. Republicans should stop talking about Huntsman as a contender immediately.

Pursuant to all the above, with our mind still on (1) as well, the GOP needs to come up with some way to keep the Democrats from gaming the 2012 nomination process and selecting whom they want to run against. We have no idea how to do that.

ACORN, if not defeated by then, will help Dems pick their favorite opponent. Dems will be encouraged to switch party affiliation so they can vote for Romney or Huckabee instead of someone who will actually beat Dr. Utopia. Dem donors will flood weak candidates with as much money as possible so they can cannibalize the vote and ensure the worst possible GOP standard bearer emerges.

Their plans are crystal clear in this…and we have less than three years to stop them.

What can you do to make sure the GOP nomination is not gamed next go round?

(3) Republicans need to give Independent and Moderate voters an excuse that lets them admit voting for Dr. Utopia was the dumbest thing they have done in a while.

We suggested this the other day, when we suggested a grassroots campaign should be started to “Blame Oprah” for all of this. We’ve found, anecdotally, here in Chicago that people are more likely to admit what a disaster Dr. Utopia is if they don’t also have to admit how stupid they are for having fallen for all of Utopia’s lies.

BUT, when we’ve suggested to these people that Oprah tricked them, and that they never would have backed Utopia if Oprah hadn’t told them to, then suddenly they speak freely about what a promise-breaking, lying, socialist embarrassment the current president is.

You might think this is ridiculous, but we swear it works. Even here in Boystown, where people were so drunk on Kool-Aid and deranged for Utopia that they once believed he really was the Second Coming. Then, they went through a period where they were quiet and disillusioned. Now, the majority of them unemployed (and never receiving any of the unicorns or stimulus money they believe they were promised), they’re starting to get angry.

What’s KEEPING them from speaking out, from taking to the streets, from having a Network “not going to take it anymore” moment, is the simple fact that they’d have to admit they were wrong first.

And that does not happen in the LGBTQ community. Pride isn’t just a festival at the end of June…it’s the thing that gets most often in the way of rational thinking.

Oprah is key to this roadblock. There should be tee shirts that say, “It’s all Oprah’s fault”, “Oprah’s ‘One’ means we’ve all lost”, etc. Someone out there will think of a really great slogan in this meme, we’re sure.

But, the idea is to give people an out…let them say, “I trusted Oprah and look what her candidate did to the country. I would have never bought into this nonsense if Oprah hadn’t sold it to me, like “The Secret” or Nate Berkus. Oprah did all of this.”

We’re telling you, it would work. Especially in the suburbs.

If not Oprah, then MSNBC.

CNN.

The New York Times.

The entire Mainstream Media.

All of them, collectively, personified in Oprah, sold America a bill of tainted goods for which we are all suffering now.

They should be blamed for all Dr. Utopia has wrought…and in blaming them, many millions of people would suddenly have the freedom and clarity to admit what a colossal mistake 2008 was.

A mistake that needs correcting in 2010.

But that’s only going to happen if Republicans ditch the cocktail parties, leave their yachts, and get engaged in the elections NOW, and not wait until a few months before in 2010, like they usually do.

How could they get away with this? Typical ACORN supporters wouldn't look like typical Iowans, and wasn't anyone from the Clinton and Edwards campaigns watching them run the check-in tables?

It's an entertaining article and I agree with most of it, but I do think some people overestimate the number of votes actually generated by ACORN. If ACORN is so powerful, then how did John Crozine lose decisively this month in New Jersey? That said, we certainly should do everything we can to eviscerate ACORN.

2008 could have been the repeat of 1976. Voters going for an unknown quantity out of novelty, anger, and lack of study.

He screws up the country, domestically and in international affairs, something horrendous.

2012 could then be a repeat of 1980. "Get rid of that guy!"

We need to bring Obama down as we did Carter, and we need a person of Reaganesque stature and communicative ability to do that.

That is the template.

And further, as regards #2, a), b), c), d) and e) above...

Amen, Amen, Amen, Amen and A-MEN!!

I certainly agree with a lot that is there. We need to do EVERYTHING necessary to keep the MSM from choosing the Republican candidate. Daily. It does start now.

All my worst fears realized as true! We do lack the same fervor in elections...or we’d have not waited until The One get elected to make a stand. In one sense, he has done a lot to the conservative cause, if we can cash in on it. I also see that we cannot take anything for granted. The One will come up with a new crisis to help out the dems in time for the 2010 elections, so be aware and don’t be gullible!

Well who does?

Yeah, interesting read and I want to believe most of it

What I want to know from someone in the know is about primaries?

I know, I could research it, but it is easier for someone with knowledge here to explain it simply and succinctly.

Do each state control their primaries?

Does the RNC or anyone have any influence on how the primaries are conducted?

IMHO, this seems to be the weak point in our system, especially in states which have open primaries and which allow cross-over votes, whereby the RATS appear to be able to cause all sorts of mischief.

I keep hearing and reading about how NY 23 not having a primary was the reason for that debacle. And Steele has said recently that this is what needs to occur and then support whoever the locals choose in primaries.

However, if the primaries are not "closed" or "fair," is this not defeating the process in the first place?

Just asking!!!
