Dem nutcase congressman demands Holder jail political opponent
The American Thinker Blog ^ | December 19, 2009 | Rick Moran

Posted on 12/20/2009 3:41:09 AM PST by Scanian

Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL), darling of the far left for his exaggerated, over the top criticisms of Republicans - including his contention that opposition to health care reform by the GOP means they want you to "die quickly" - has written a letter to AG Eric Holder asking that a political opponent who runs a website called "mycongressmanisnuts.com." be fined and imprisoned for 5 years.

Mark Matthews of the Orlando Sentinel writes:

"Specifically, Grayson accuses Republican activist Angie Langley of lying to federal elections. His four-page complaint highlights the fact that the Clermont resident lives outside his district, but that Langley still uses the term 'my' in 'mycongressmanisnuts.com.' 'Ms. Langley has deliberately masqueraded as a constituent of mine...'"

I didn’t see in the article if Grayson said the website (title) “mycongressmanisnuts.com.” was erroneous though.

Being acid-tongued but thin-skinned seems to be a liberal requirement.

The real question is why the lunatic is still walking about freely, instead of being put in a straitjacket in a small room with 4 white walls, surroundded by 4 strong men in long white coats.
This Grayson psychopath has no business walking our streets, let alone sitting in the congress making laws for normal Americans.

Actually I kind of like seeing this case because the idiot Grayson accidently brings up an issue that is important. When he talks about “his district” or “his constituents” the people should be reminded that they lost control over him when he was elected due to the states losing control over the officials the people elected. That’s why people can’t impeach or recall a congressman. This leads to congressmen who clearly don’t care what the people of their districts want. Mine just does what Pelosi tells him to do.

The words “his constituents” and “his district” are really quite meaningless in practical terms. Reid and Pelosi were elected by the tiniest possible number of Americans in limited constituencies but wield great power over the whole of the nation.

I’m not really sure what can be done about this but it is something to think about.

Jim actually made sense sometimes and even criticized his own party on occaision. Plus his brand of nuttiness was rather entertaining. Grayson, on the other hand, is just non-stop sickening.

If every American was given one positive vote for his representative but could cast a NEGATIVE vote against ANY Representatvie or Senator we could get rid of the Waters, Conyers, Schumers, etc. As it is we can’t.

I think this administration is looking for a way to clamp down on the internet. This might be a trial balloon coming straight from the WH.

My state started going down hill in the mid 60's and... it just got worse.

Thank God for Marco Rubio who has the potential to "change" many things in the state of many wackjobs.
