It became obvious records were created after the fact for Obama and were later changed. However, the computer access date is frozen on Sept. 9, 2008; two days after Obama appeared on Stephanopoulos’ show saying he registered with SS in 1979 when the requirement was nonexistent.

The mistakes made by adding to and changing the fraudulently created record after Coffman’s FOIA request was fulfilled but before the Allen’s was received, provides an audit trail of the fraud.

It would appear Flahavan, who processed both requests, should have caught the glaring incongruities. Instead, he got cocky in his letter to Allen by proclaiming, “Mr. Obama did indeed register with Selective Service …”

When the St. Petersburg Times newspaper sent a copy of Obama’s COLB that they had received from the Obama campaign to Janice Okubo, here’s what happened: “When the birth certificate arrived from the Obama campaign it confirmed his name as the other documents already showed it. Still, we took an extra step: We e-mailed it to the Hawaii Department of Health, which maintains such records, to ask if it was real.

“It’s a valid Hawaii state birth certificate,” spokesman Janice Okubo told us.

Unless the incorrectly-quoted paraphrase is exactly what she wants people to think she said. She essentially issued a stataement without issuing a statement. This gives her plausible deniability when the repercussions come her way.

The SS website proclaims, “Registration is the law. A man who fails to register may, if prosecuted and convicted, face a fine of up to $250,000 and/or a prison term of up to five years.”

It goes on to say, “Even if not tried, a man who fails to register with Selective Service before turning age 26 may find that some doors are permanently closed,” including federal student loans or grant programs.

A man must be registered to be eligible for jobs in the executive branch of the federal government, which includes president of the United States.

Registration is also a condition for U.S. citizenship if the man first arrived in the United States before his 26th birthday.

If Obama arrived in Hawaii as a citizen of Indonesia, as his school records and mother’s divorce records indicate, and he didn’t register with SS, he could have been barred from obtaining U.S. citizenship and may not be one now.

However, those covering up Obama’s tracks have done a sloppy job, which means there really is a conspiracy to defraud the American people, not just a theory.

Exactly... they aren’t going to do that if they value their lives. We probably just need to keep gathering evidence, try the cases when the 2011 elections are beginning. I think he’s toast in 2012. I don’t think he is electable and I’m not sure the MSM will be behind him in 2012 either. Time will tell. Of course, at any given moment the biggie could pop up and be grounds for impeachment or imprisonment or both. I prefer both.

To the best of my knowledge, not in so many words, but someone in his office did confirm that his office had reviewed and approved the Director of Health’s statement declaring Obama to be a “natural born American citizen.”

I fail to see the “plausible deniability” in her other statement to the St. Petersburg Times: “Its a valid state of Hawaii birth certificate.”
That sounds like “going on the record” to me.

You don't have to be physically present at a military recruitment center (if that is what you mean?) You can register at the post office or online for the selective service.

Obama's signature on his Selective Service form that we see on the internet seems a lot different from the way he signs his name today.

Maybe it is just my imagination, but to me, Obama's signature today is a lot different from the Obama signature that we see on his Selective Service form that we see on the internet.

Phil at TRSOL had posted this last June. Obama’s so called SS record was accessed/altered in June of 1991. Why? Was it at that time he quietly changed his citizenship status? Conveniently & immediately after he was no longer in need of foreign aid as a foreign student? Mark Levin had John Lott on last week and he reported that it was common knowledge that Obama was hired as a part-time lecturer because he was going into politics/would be running for office. If his citizenship status changed in 1991, then Obama was not even eligible to be an IL state senator in 1995.

The there is this...the DLN# for 1980 is not the same number showing in the box for 1991. So where is the record for DLN# 99106184920.

Here is the breakdown of the other inconsistencies:

Comparing Coffman’s and [William]’s print outs.

1. The Last Action Dates are different. Why would they be?
2. Registration Date is missing from Coffman’s print out.
3. Permanent address is missing from [William]’s
4. The DLN’s are different and should be the same and reflect the DLN stamp number at the upper right hand corner of the form.

The there is this...the DLN# for 1980 is not the same number showing in the box for 1991. So where is the record for DLN# 99106184920.

If my understanding of deferment is correct, you still registered for the draft, but applied for deferment from being actually drafted. Regardless, a deferment would only apply in times of war and there was no draft used from 1980 to 1991.
