Ok, basically, unable to sleep and this has been rolling around my head for days, and I'm increasingly annoyed by conservatives, and as pissed at liberals as I can ever recall being. If this below is true, then what? If it's bogus, I can't find it on Snopes or Truth or Fiction. If this is on those sites as bogus for God's sake someone please post where, cause the b*****d is still President, so if it's true, hmph. Maybe someone else can find it. PART 2: In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group "Americans for Freedom of Information" has released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College. The transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia while an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify for this scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship. This document provides the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking - that he is NOT a natural-born citizen of the United States - necessary to be President of these United States. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya, here we see that there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship. Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still on-going but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused comment on this matter.
I don’t know that sending money or anything to Orly Taitz is any better than doing nothing. AFter Googling her, reading IMDB and other sites on her, while impressive as a person having multiple degrees, speaking five languages, etc so on, politically she’s gotten zero traction and some of her litigation has been conspiracy theory fodder. She’s what we call in Texas a little nuts. Is there anyone going after obama legally that doesn’t appear to have a need for Xanax or Lithium? Maybe the articles were making her sound crazy and she’s not, but she sounds a bit off the beaten path that nearly all conservative Americans would be comfortable being on.

I have heard him say a lot of things I don’t like, only because I wish he was wrong because it was bad, but he was right, even though I wish he wasn’t. I wish he was wrong half the time because that would mean that things aren’t as bad as they are, but they are, and he’s right. It’s bad when you wish someone you like was wrong a lot so things wouldn’t be as bad as they are.

Silverleaf, yes that’s why I’m always suspicious about this kind of thing and my post was condescending in parts because it made no sense that if it was that cut and dry there would still be an argument. I will never understand why conservatives create what I call “rah rah!” crap like that to stirup the crowd when it’s all just a bunch of crap. It’s not helping ANYONE. The real issue is whether he is Natural born under the laws in place at the time...and the answer is no.
Yes there’s at least 13 states AGs challenging commiecare, and I think it’s more now right? 15 or more? Never can tell now a days when corrupt people like obama get away with everything with zero accountability, but hopefully it will go before the Supreme Court and be struck down as unconstitutional as violating states rights and the other things they filed because of. Assuming it goes that far. God willing the Supreme Court won’t even get to hear it because the Congress will be won by the Republicans who will immediately vote to repeal it the day after their inauguration, and on day two, begin investigations as to whether obama is even a natural born citizen or a citizen at all. I don’t know that they’ll have that kind of stamina, even IF they win the majority, and IF they repeal commie care. So many ifs and so much to lose. :(

SO, IF that’s ALL true, what? IF this Gary Kreep guy is legit, how long does it REALLY take to prove something like this? A one plus year long investigation seems questionable.
IF all of the above is true, where are all the wealthy conservatives? Why aren’t they filing suit? There must be SOME suit that can be filed against Obama IF it’s true. Running for public office under an assumed name? Perjury; as he lied about being a citizen under oath as he took the oath of office, violating Article II of the Constitution which prohibits foreign born persons from running for President or VP.
Breach of contract, as taking the oath is a contract with the country, and if he was not born in Hawaii or the other 49 states, he’s breached that contract by flatly lying and omitting facts. There must be SOME kind of law that he could be sued over. Or at the very least, why doesn’t some rich conservative slander and libel Obama SO viciously in public about this that Obama has to sue them for slander and libel, then have it proven in court that Obama is not a citizen.
The lack of a slander and libel suit would prove to illustrate that someone is telling the truth, since only a total moron would sue someone for libel and/or slander KNOWING they’re really telling the truth, since the suit would verify the claims and put them on the record as factual. Why doesn’t Limbaugh, or Perot, or ANYONE, someone with both conservative convictions, a platform, and money to back it up, file suit and be done with all the rhetoric and bulls**t. I am 100% behind the Tea Party movement and have been solidly conservative politically since long before I could vote, but at the same time, as a 38 year old parent of two, I am beyond sick of the bulls**t.
If the b*****d is lying and is not a citizen, why don’t the people wiht the money and platform to take it on, DO IT and stop talking about it! ALL conservatives with money and a voice do is TALK TALK TALK! Where’s the f*****g action? I have no money for that. I have no voice or platform to do it. All I have is my family which liberal extremists would easily target and destroy if someone like me does this. But there are plenty of rich powerful conservative who are immune to that kind of thing because of their money and power and positions.
Yet all they do is run their mouths. Where’s the action? This man is 16 months into his term as Premier, or President, whichever you prefer to call him, and has just used that office to pass Commiecare, the most horrible debt making socialistic takeover of industry and violation of the Constitution in the nation’s history. Makes Social Security look like McCarthyism. Give the clear evidence that Obama is a flat out socialist, not even conservative to be an extreme liberal, where’s the wealthy powerful conservative people the past year using the legal system to remove Obama from office and put an end to this?
Please explain how it’s not as simple as getting a conservative Judge to issue a subpoena to be served at the White House demanding Obama provide an original certified copy of his birth certificate, or be held in contempt and go from there. The President is not immune to being held in contempt of court for violating a court order. Especially if there’s reason to believe he’s in violation of Article II of the Constitution by holding the office. So all this rah rah conservative bulls**t tells me one of two things. Either Obama is a citizen but him and all his people are simply the stupidest effers on the face of the Earth for not putting it to rest long ago, OR, he’s not a citizen and not a single conservative person with money and a platform to be heard has the b***s to stand up, file suit against Obama, and do something about it.
Either way I’m totally disgusted and fed up with all the talking and b******g and moaning, and the total absence of someone filing suit and doing something that actually matters, putting their butt on the line instead of just talking about it. Because all the talk in the world will simply get us two and a half more years of commiebama, give or take ANOTHER four after that, and we won’t even frikkin recognize the damn country when he finally leaves.

There are enough wealthy conservatives around that if they REALLY loved the country that made their wealth possible, they could put together tens of millions of dollars and barely miss it.
I just do not get it. America has been stolen and is being destroyed by those who hate it and it seems there are only a few of us who really care.
I do not know how it can be done but America must be saved. There are no more frontiers, there is no new place to go start over.
Everyone seems to have so much hope for the November elections. Those in control now have no sense of fair play, honesty and truthfulness are an unknown concept to them. They will pull every dirty low down, underhanded trick in the book to win. If November goes wrong, we are toast.
While paragraphs are important, I would hope people recognize the content of what I'm trying to say is more important than the format. And yes I am pretty familiar with paragraphs. Through school and college, essays, research papers, dissertations, and a book I wrote. I was just tired and sleepy and forgot html page break, ok? My chops have been adequately busted over it. It's not the end of the world. obama might be though, but not my lack of paragraph breaks.
