When Dick Morris last night REVEALED to Sean Hannity in light of the 15th anniversary of the bombing of the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City Bombing, that Ms. Reno had WARNED former President Bill Clinton that she would TELL THE TRUTH about the Waco raid which took place two years before hand the day before he would be sworn in to a second term.

That is a commentary on what I had been revealed last night.
That seems to be a consistent characteristic with Dems.
Investigate the hell out of citizens,protect..no... give rights to terrroists, and blame Amereica.
This is interesting. I remember rumors at the time of Clinton’s second term that Reno hadn’t sent in the perfunctory “resignation” letter that Cabinet officials give the re-elected President at the close of the first term, which are routinely dismissed. It was said Clinton wanted to get rid of Reno and Reno feared if she sent that letter, Clinton would accept it.
It wouldn’t surprise me if Reno did blackmail him. I remember at the time Waco happened, Clinton immediately pointed a finger at Reno, and when Reno took responsibility and was admired for it, Clinton also “took responsibility.” Krauthammer made the best comment at the time - “so what’s the punishment for this? She’s not being fired, and she should have been.”

I initially learned of Ruby Ridge a year after it happened while I was on a flyfishing trip to Idaho. Not in my country does a federal agent murder a mother with her baby in her arms. Weaver was to hear the media tell it a dangerous arms merchant or something like that. In the end it was proven that federal agents had entrapped him and all he had done was take a hacksaw to a single barrel shotgun.
We all watched in horror as the Waco compound went up in flames. Again not in my country can such a cruel thing happen to our citizens at the hands of our government.
Remember Elian Gonzales and the feds, armed to the teeth and in body armor hauling him away?
When much of this crap went down, Janet Reno and slick willie blythe along with Ms Clintoon were in charge. If the Ruby Ridge Waco deals were the motivation for Waco and I have really strong doubts that they were, noone made a case strong enough to make me believe it.
The so-called investigation of Oklahoma City never convinced me that we the people ever were told much of anything about what really went down.
I sincerely believe that McVeigh et al contained advisors and helpers from the southwest asia area. Remember, slick willie blythe and Janet Reno botched several opportunities to do in Usama bin Laden.
It is all buried, shredded and encrypted securley enought to cover up the matter until my grandchildren have grandchildren themselves. Leave them the charge of ferreting out what our government did to we the people during the period from 1992 until the end of the slick willie blythe years

No, it is the same thing that seems to be happening over and over here at Free Republic lately. Something happens in the news, a thread is posted. 326 people write about that thing that happened in their blog and we have 326 blog threads started repeating the exact same thing in the original article.
I don’t have a problem with blog posts for the most part. Like op-eds, they can give insight or state something that someone didn’t put together before. However sometimes the repeat repeat repeat gets old.
Yes nothing happens like that unless the boss authorizes it!
I was politically absent during that time and I’ve got a lot to learn about this. Has Dick Morris explained why he waited until now to mention this?
Morris does feel guilty about the Clinton years - he said this on Hannity at least once. He’s trying to atone.

The only bombshell that would really tear up the media today...is that the order to arrest Waco folks in the first place...which should have detained the targeted individuals away from the compound....was instead aimed at taking the folks at the compound (to let them know that the Federal government could walk in and take them at any time).
I can’t think of any law enforcement individual that would have chosen a more stupid way of taking the targeted individual than coming to their house or property where they had lots of people and weapons.
So my guess is that the White House itself...maybe not Clinton but his advisors...ordered Reno and the Federal marshals involved to make this ‘personal’ and go to the property.
After the guys screwed this up...almost every step of the affair was mishandled all the way to the end.
The big mafia boss sent out a few goons to rough up some folks. Well the folks send the goons back to the Don in a body bag. This insult to his authority can not stand! Other people might get similar ideas! So the Don sends all his men out with orders to burn down the building while the folks are in and kill them all in the most public way possible.

I was hoping there would be something more significant here than in the other threads, but there isn’t. The country is divided into three factions regarding Waco. The people who think the Branch Davidians had it coming already know that the feds attacked the compaund. The people who think the feds murdered the Branch Davidians already think the feds murdered the Branch Davidians. The rest don’t care. Reno already said it was her decision and Clinton said he agreed with her. Congreessional hearings produced nothing actionable.
Sorry, everybody, but it’s over and unless somebody has a video of Bill and Hillary Clinton ordering the F.B.I. to murder people, it’s not going to accomplish anything.
