You can be gay and still marry a member of the opposite sex, swear before God(or whatever) and friends and family of your undying love and then have children, make a life together, etc. and when you decide that enough’s enough, can turn around and say “Never mind...” ...done ALL the time....(McGreevy, Foley, Huffington, etc.)
People who are committed to immoral behavior are by definition bad leaders because they have a rotten character.
Homosexuality is a mental illness and no homosexual can be, by definition, a good leader. They might have some good qualities obviously, but such a deep psychological illness would make them a very bad leader.

Even with a video, what would that likely show? A politician walking down a corridor with one of his fund raisers who happens to be female? Unless there is some goosing or smooching going on it would mean little...would mean little even with flirtatious behavior.
