Notwithstanding Obama’s lack of constitutional eligibility for the office he occupies as a direct result of his father’s citizenship, Obama can’t even prove he is an American. In fact the only thing we can confirm about Obama is that he is a foreigner–foreign to America, foreign to the english language, and ignorant of our history. At this late date, after millions of dollars spent, people mysteriously dying, and the jailing of a decorated Army officer–all of whom questioned Obama’s legality–any so called ‘birth certificate’ produced now is nothing more than suspect, and it is more than likely another faked document…a worthless piece of paper just like all of Obama’s so called ‘credentials’.
We know Obama was born British, is likely a Kenyan citizen, and is Indonesian; we know he was never naturalized as an American citizen; we know there is no record of his name change from Barry Soetoro to Barack Hussein Obama, II; we know he lied on his Illinois bar form about his previous names; we know he is using a stolen social security number, and that he has multiple social security numbers, and we know that Obama has a forged selective service registration.
Who does this kind of stuff except an illegal alien?
One of the things Obama cannot prove is that he is an American. He won’t release anything and asks us to believe him…as he robs our savings, our livelihood and our America.

What did he study in College? Did he at least take the courses on modern European history, comparative revolutions, comparative imperialisms, the history of Western Europe from the Treaty of Chateau Cambresis to the death of Louis XIV?
Is he implicitly quoting Chateaubriand's remark before the French Revolution - "come, arise ye desired storms"?
Did he do some East Asian studies? Can he tell us about the Man Yo'shu of Japan, the paintings in the style of Ni Tsan or the poetry of Li Po? (Apologies for any imperfection in the old style Wade-Giles transliteration)
Can he understand something of the background of the country and the civilization he is leading?

You’re absolutely right. I’m worried about potus, but i’m not having illusions/hallucinations that he will leave before 2012. I think it’s not smart to waste yours/mine/our efforts in birthlerism. It’s OK that some people felt p*ss*d when he got elected, but we need to win in 2012 by simply getting more votes for the GOP. I, as a conservative, don’t wanna have this “tin-foil-hat” like stigma of birthlerism ruin our campain in 2012. We have to show up with solutions and visions how to make the US a better place. We don’t need the image of the revanchist looser of 2008.
The Speaker of the House has no more responsibility in verifying the eligibility of the POTUS than any other member of Congress. The Speaker has one vote, just as every other Representative or Senator, at the joint session of Congress following the Electoral College vote which certifies the eligibility of the POTUS and results of the election.

The natural born citizenship of other presidents was ***SELF-EVIDENT***!!!!!!!!!
Armies of American citizens stood ready to testify that they knew the parents, some were present at the birth, visited the newborn and mom soon after birth ( at home or in the hospital), attended the Christening, brought meals over to the new family, watched the child grow to maturity and take his place as a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN in the community.
Having **entire** communities capable of testifying is a very high standard. Where are Obama’s witnesses?
Well...Obama doesn't have witnesses then he should be willing and eager to promptly provide the **best** documentation possible: Long form birth certificate, citizenship listed on school records, citizenship on college and scholarship applications, a complete record of name changes, adoption records, passport records, selective service registration,..etc.
There is only one exception to having a self-evident natural born citizenship. That was Chester Arthur. He was a vice president who became president due to the death of the elected president. He (wisely) did not run for a second term. It was only after his death that historians uncovered his lie.
On second thought, the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Since he was, by his own admission, a constitutional history Professor, where is his research? What issues did he study in depth in his research areas? How well did he demonstrate his knowledge and creativity in those areas? What new perspectives did he develop that increased our understanding of the Constitution?
If he made all A's in school but can't create new knowledge as a Professor, it is a little disconcerting. If he made a spectrum of grades but was able to create and publish high level scholarship, he could be called a late-bloomer.
So far, there is no evidence of any scholarly publications at all.
That reminds me...we haven’t heard anything from Leon Panetta in a long time. All we get is the Napolitano-bot speaking in generalities.
What type of passport is it? Is it the “diplomatic” passport that is issued ( without question) to Senators?

Then who does have the responsibility to know if the proposed POTUS has the qualifications to be President before He/She is put on the ballot?
