I have read dozens of cases, andcame to the conclusion that what I think doesn’t amount to a hill of beans its all up to SCOTUS and now that there are two more libs on it(whose jobs are at stake) it may reach a different decision than it would without them.

Is there case law that says children of illegal aliens born in the US are citizens or is that just “policy”
If illegal aliens or lawfully immigrated aliens or non-immigrant aliens leave the US are they still subject to its laws and jurisdiction?
Can a US citizen be prosecuted for sex with a minor in a foreign country even if it is not against the law in that country? Can an immigrated, non-immigrated or illegal alien who leaves the US to such a country be prosecuted under US law for same?

A man with honor would promptly prove with all the best evidence that he was a natural born citizen and eligible to be president.

That argument ignores the term “natural born.” To be eligible for the presidency, a person must not only be a U.S. citizen, but also natural born.
My husband’s brother was born in California to two foreign nationals with permanent visas. He is a citizen of the United States by birth, but he is not natural born, and therefore not eligible for the presidency (thank God).
The natural born requirement is all about two American parents and loyalty to the country. zer0 has neither, even though he is a citizen.

The way I understand, from early well researched posts, he would have been a natural born citizen, even if born in Kenya, if Stanley, that’s his momma, not his dad, had been of legal age, which she wasn’t at the time of the bastard’s birth. Udderwise, if he had been born in Hawaii, then he’s a natural.
