Impeachable Offenses? Has Obama Crossed the Line?

And so it begins. As Islamist insurrections erupt across the world, President Obama incites a battle at home between producers and parasites that his union supporters parallel with the struggle of the Egyptian people. Interjecting himself into the sovereign matters of state governments Obama moved to directly violate the expressed will of the Wisconsin People by actively mobilizing his political organization to affect contractual relationships between the state and its employees, and supporting the shut down of the Wisconsin state government - a direct violation of his oath of office. Ignited by Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker’s proposal to limit public sector collective bargaining rights for benefits by requiring union members to contribute 12.6% of their income towards their healthcare plans and 5.8% towards their pension, DNC Chairman Timothy M. Kaine worked in close coordination with President Obama's political apparatus, Organizing for America (OFA), and state & national union leaders to rally public sector employees to protest at state capitals across the nation this month (here, here, here, here and here.)

A Community Organizer is paid to foment resentment and class envy. That's how they gain power and influence. The Agitator-In-Chief fueled the flames of union dissension, declaring limits on collective bargaining rights an “assault on unions,” encouraged mob rule aross the nation to negate the last elections, and directly violated the powers reserved to the States in the U.S. Constitution's 10th Amendment. Quoting Mark Jefferson, executive director of the Republican Party of Wisconsin, in an RPW press release,

"To willfully prevent elected officials from performing their official duties in order to circumvent the legislative process flies in the face of democracy. "
President Obama has radical ideas about the relationship between the federal and state governments. As head of the federal government, he has no standing to organize or allocate resources to interfere with a state's contractual relationship, to openly encourage an illegal strike by militant protestors to shut down a state government, or interfere in any way with a state's ability to conduct its business. All are impeachable offenses. But as the Heritage Foundation Morning Bell outlines, this is precisely what President Obama did.
"President Barack Obama has federalized the issue, throwing the full weight of the White House, the Democratic National Committee, and his own Organizing for America operation behind government unions, with the assistance of the SEIU and AFSCME unions."
Ar no time in American history during a period of non-war has a President's violations of the Constitution and utter disregard for the separation between state and federal rights been so prevalent. Obama's infringements range from ordering the Department of Justice to partner with eleven countries to sue Arizona for passing an immigration enforcement law to intimidating Oklahoma over its English-only referendum, denying Texas federal monies if the state refused to violate its own constitution, and forcing an uncontitutional healthcare law down our collective throats. But his latest abuse of power threatens to undermine democracy by emboldening mob rule against any state government or legislature that threatens the Left's pot of gold.

How many more will it take for the idiots in DC to see the pissant should be removed from office?

Sadly, if there were a mushroom cloud over an American city, many would still be staunch supporters.

Want the Union grabbers defeated; but do not want at all; the President stepping in the muck albeit; it is his MO. Too bad, it is not quicksand.

Think there should be investigations and that Obama should answer some questions! Be challenged! This is truly outrageous, not to mention another 'danger' zone he drags our country into.

This Party emboldened, just as enemies elsewhere are emboldened by this President. Of course, with their Constituency; they never need to worry.

And they count on succeeding; because they count on, never having to worry about ours.

Agree. If it happened; Obama would think the same as he did, post 9/11. Just more 'chickens. ..coming home'; and just an MO, for downsizing our Country. It would also; be a calamity of such huge proportions; Obama could certainly find a way to make it work. . .longtime; for him.

Actually believe that Obama would be OK with such; as long as it was not Chicago.

OTOH. . .maybe he has no favorites, whatsoever - in America, that is.

Impeachable Offenses? Has Obama Crossed the Line? One way or another Obama was born across the line.

Time for Repubs to at least prepare some threatening ground here. Like, 'Equal Opportunity Impeachments. . .happen'. Or should.

Just put the two together: nationalism and socialism... he's a national socialist.

Heil Obama!

I think that Obama has definitely committed some impeachable offenses, like subborning an illegal teacher strike in the state of Wisconsin, but I don’t want him impeached. I want him publicly censored and his actions condemned, but I don’t want him impeached. It would take too much time and effort and would just solidify his base.

We should add to the censor, defying the court ruling on drilling ban in the Gulf.

this time my misspelling really didn’t change anything then did it

I am glad you have a sense of humor about it.

My attitude is to have a misspelling on me.

But my daughter and new daughter-in-law are both English majors, so they cut me no slack on mis-spellings.

My hope is that the true integrity of thought from each of us that contribute will also show up in well executed sentences.

Eye cud maik it slopy, butt wood U kontinu 2 red

I know some of us truly struggle with spelling and grammar, so I do want everyone to have a lot of slack.

I would hope that visitors to this forum will appreciate that those that contribute have something worth reading.

Again, I do appreciate the sense of humor and respect for each other that I witness each day here.

I just wish we had an edit function. Many of us have posted, only to post again a correction and sometimes a request for a moderator to quickly repair something that truly is so bad.

Have Fun!!

Nice posting job. Thanks for preserving the links. I wish more FReepers would do that. Not all that hard.

The time is drawing neigh for the powers that be to begin looking into impeachment. No doubt about it.

How about ignoring Federal Judicial Decisions and Contempt orders for starters. Actively agitating agains’t the legislative process of a sovereign state for another. It goes on and on. Oh I forgot, not being eligible to be President in the first place.

Your posting of these OT pics from WND is getting tiresome. Thank goodness for AdBlockPlus. Now you can post them as much as you want.

I'm a white republican, so I'm not qualified to say.

I'm a white, Texan, conservative, so I am even LESS qualified and pretty sure I am a racist because I even thought of bringing up impeachment!/Sarc

Unless Republicans control 67 seats in the Senate, impeachment is a waste of time and will cause a backlash. The last thing we want is for Obama to be a “victim”.

On October 30, 2008 then presidential candidate Barack Obama promised a crowd of 35,000-40,000 at Missouri University, “We are five days from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jOuedf6jx98

Every time he pulls these antics, like he has done in Wisconsin through his Organizing for America, he is following through on his promise of fundamentally transforming The United States of America. There should be consequences to pay for this over stepping of his bounds.

“contribute 12.6% of their income towards their healthcare plans”

This is incorrect, they are being asked to pay 12.6% of the cost, much less than 12.6% of their salary.
