Spelling has never been a strong point for me. I’ve always struggled with that. For some people it’s just easier. And it doesn’t help that I had chemo 9 years ago and it messed up my whole system. As often as not, I struggle with fatigue that’s bad enough at times I can barely function. Makes your thinking real fuzzy, and can be hard to concentrate. Any who, I do my best.

It says that he has a definite agenda that’s antithetical to the best interests of the country, and he’s determined to carry them out to the detriment of all of us.
My money is on the third alternative.

Problem is, these “American Serfs” are our neighbors. Think about something... in the neighborhood you live in, or near, how many Obama lawn signs and stickers did you see around election time, especially on cars or homes that you recognize as belonging to people you know?
That’s the problem - we live in these neighborhoods, but we don’t talk to our neighbors and inform them.
The dems however, go door-to-door and “inform” people. I see it all the time - the local dem, who happens to be a contractor, goes door-to-door trying to get elected. So far, he’s tried to get to the State house, the National House, and finally succeeded at getting elected to the Township council. But he DID get elected - and he knocked on doors every day up til election day.
By contrast, I have YET to see the local Republicans send people around.
The Tea Party folks DID show up, though.
I think it’s incumbent on us - those of us awake and aware of what the enemy is doing to us - to wake up as many people as possible. IOW, if THEY walk the streets, so should we, following them door-to-door if necessary, so we can counter the bullsh*t they hand out.
Just my thought on it.

Obama has openly flouted his disregard for State Rights but, as this article lays out, he’s wratcheting up his attacks on the individual states in order to provide for his campaign supporters. This needs to stop NOW. The Left is planning to spread these protests across the nation and are aligning their “struggle” with that of Egypt’s. God help us.
Excellent thoughts, Hale. We are working on this very issue at our county level. It has to get beyond just lawn signs. Neighbors need to know the issues and... who the liberals are in town. People should be nervous about being blatantly and openly liberal...

What does it matter, we have no one in power who will dare challenge him, he is the won after all.
My contention has all along been, that we have people in the republican party that know more than enough about the president, to challenge his legitimacy. The question is why don’t they?
The E-Publicans to a man apparently mis couch the question, no one cares where he was born, we do care that he does not qualify as a NBC.
The talking heads as far as I know never ask that question, they dismiss it with the blanket Birther demogagery.

I don’t know about them being nervous about it - it IS their right to be stupid, after all - however, they do NOT have the right to impose socialism on the rest of us.
I think it comes down to this: Educate those we can, enlighten the ignorant dems (there really are those who just simply D because that’s what they’ve been taught), and then actively and openly oppose the hardcore socialist elements at all levels, and by all means.
I know a lot of neighbors who are Dems or basically fence-sitters (the so-called “middle”, “moderate”, etc), but aren’t socilist raving lunatics. They’re simply misinformed (working on solving that, though).
Don’t forget - a LOT of people simply don’t realize what’s really going on, and get their daily news from 15 second sound bites - from a negative, slanted, liberal media.
We have a tall task ahead of us if we’re to avert catastrophe. Because, in all seriousness, a civil war WOULD be a catastrophe.
And in spite of our best efforts, it may STILL go to hell in a hurry...
But hey...this is OUR time, OUR generation, and OUR moment to be Americans. If we believe ourselves to be Free Men and Citizens, we must ACT like it.
