Funny thing is, Blaine is a twin city with White Rock, Surrey, British Columbia. (Check it out with google maps.)
Blaine Washington did not have a Hospital in 1961.
If someone was a young pregnant girl living in Blaine Washington in 1961, They would have had to go to Peace Arch Hospital in White Rock British Columbia to have their baby.

Then, a birther investigator, believing this to be a factual statement, contacts the Hawaii Department of Health asking for information on this "Steve Dunham." When they take too long to respond, the investigator concludes that they must be involved in a conspiracy to cover up the truth.

Obviously, you haven’t a clue what that means....most of what Corsi had in his book...was known here at FR by the researchers close to 2 years ago. Corsi lurked here for years...this is where most of his clues have come from.

And....worse! If the flash mobs and the unions try anything this summer or anytime thereafter, it's a no brainer that we'll defend ourselves, our families, our property and get the media that's responsible for all what you said AND PROMOTED THE VIOLENCE, ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.

Sure, it could have happened, but the evidence suggests it did not. If Stanley Anne was sent to live with her Aunt Blaine, why is it she was living openly and alone with her biracial child in Seattle a month or so after the birth?
