Now the President is outraged because the GOP House leadership called his bluff and ended discussions with him because they deemed him an obstruction to any real solution to the debt crisis.
He has been deemed a lame duck president. And he is angry now because he is being treated as such.
His foreign policy strategy has been described as “leading from behind.” Well, that’s his domestic policy strategy as well. Why should he be surprised that he’s been left behind in the negotiations when he’s been leading from behind on this debt crisis?
Thank you, GOP House leaders. Please don’t get wobbly on us now.

Oh I know BTM, and I usually ignore them. But this is important and the post was so egregious I had to respond.
When women hate Sarah it’s for one of two reasons.
1) They believe that only men can lead because they are weak of mind and that’s what their husbands told them.

I had refrained from posting on other candidates' threads, but no more! I now post on them and post facts, instead insults, which their supporters can't take. These trolls are a damned bunch of babies!
Governor Palin does get it but do we? Very few Americans really know Obama. Sarah is baiting him, and for good reason. She wants him to expose his Obamageddon plan ASAP,which Obama has planned for the summer of 2012,and this is her strategy , to force his hand.
The more we can ridicule and defame him on the facts, the closer we come to forcing Obama to reveal his true face to all of America, that of a Liberal Fascist.
As Winston Churchill has shown us , fighting fascism is accomplished through truth, exposure, and ridicule. This will defeat him, or allow him to defeat himself as America learns the true intention of Obama of making our Republic into a socialist state, where individual liberties are subsumed into the collective mire of his proposed Utopia.The message is that we do not want Obama’s Utopia, we instead will act to preserve and maintain our freedoms, whatever the cost.
This is what Sarah Palin also represents, our liberty.

That’s my point, and you and I are not pretending to run for president either. How do you know what she writes is entirely “on her own”? There is nothing wrong with hired consultants earning their keep, and producing soundbites for the followers. I thought the lame duck thing was incisive and it made me wonder if it was original. Freak out and knashing of teeth was the only saliva slinging response out there.

Once again Sarah hits the nail on the head. Demoncrats are in a frenzy to find even the tiniest fault but they’ve come up empty. They fear her.

I agree 100% that Obama getting the ‘big deal’, which is about impossible, would help him greatly personally get re-elected, but short that he is beating Republicans on (cynical) messaging to voters as to who is serious, all for 2012.
In the end I only care who wins/comes back with the goods. not who makes the great statements before their team folds, If Republicans were to actually get Democrats to cave on SIGNIFICANT spending cuts they would be my heroes, but so far it looks like things are headed the other way w the McConnell plan, he gets his clean debt ceiling with no real conditions except he agrees to future symbolic votes in congress. (BUT it is NOT over yet.)
