Uh oh, you should have posted the full blog post instead of excerpting. Excerpting blog posts is forbidden on Free Republic because by posting on Free Republic, bloggers waive all rights to their own content, and are supposed to allow Free Republic to have access to all of their copyrighted material for free.
WHAAA?
1. This is NOT excerpted
2. The “this is an excerpt” box that you can check when posting would beg to differ with your “forbidden” assertion.
3. All are free to use/share the work I create anyway.
So what the hell are YOU talking about!?!
ROTFLOL Is this a joke?
Don’t you wish it wasn’t? ;-P

It’s pretty clear to all who frequent this forum that Looking Spoon is in no way abusing it. There are those who do, but LS is surely not one of them.
Yes, it’s just another lie.
Sorry - my comment was intended to highlight the idiotic lengths to which some on here (i.e., the other two FReepers I included in the response) will go to try to make sure that no blogger ever posts an excerpt from their blog.
Nevermind that by requiring bloggers to post their full posts, Free Republic is essentially stealing content from them, since it *is* actually technically forbidden for blog authors to post excerpts from their own blogs. I think it’s stupid, as well as dishonest on the part of the management here, but hey, what can I do about it?
Ooooohhhhh! Gotcha :-)
Yeah, some people need to get a life and let the moderators do their thing. I’ve had stuff that’s been deleted by them (and I understood why), but the majority of it is met with good feedback.
Freepers are not dumb, if they like something they support it...so the content speaks for itself. The “blog pimp” police should turn in their sashes and find a hobby.
