Not a Perry fan, but I feel bad for him. I would have voted for him against BO though.
Dunno what the deal is as I missed the debate, but from what I’ve heard happened and seen previously, Perry has proven he cannot defeat Obama in a debate and would likely embarrass himself.
I personally don’t believe there is any further need to consider his candidacy, though I wasn’t considering it after he said I have no heart.

Now the question is who is the remaining conservative that we rally around? I can barely stomach Newt. Bachmann is better on the issues, but lacks presence. Santorum is a decent man, but his level of support is a rounding error. Cain is wounded. Paul is too principled.
