Fast, Furious and Lawless Obama Regime

At this point in time, anyone who does not understand that America has been taken over by a lawless, communist regime is woefully out of touch with the glaring reality of our situation. How anyone could not see the devilish behavior of Barack Obama and his Marxist buddies in Congress and his administration is hard to fathom, except when we consider that there really are extremely stupid and deluded people in the world.

How much more of the Obama administration’s hellish, unconstitutional conduct will we stand by and take? Who will hold this imposter, Obama (or whatever his name is), accountable for his crimes against our nation? What crimes? Oh, let’s see. How about his fraudulently obtaining the office of President of the United States with no proof of his eligibility to do so, and his likely ineligibility?

However, these past ten months of the new Congress and the Obama administration have seen an accelerated activity of seizing of power on [an] epic scale. In the process, the government has taken over the Automobile industry, neutered the finance industry, decapitated the banking industry, [and] has almost finished destroying the Energy industry along with everything that follows from it, i.e., the whole economy. Not the least of those attempts to destroy as much of [the] American economy as possible was the so-called Stimulus Bill, and the TARP2 bill. Now they are in the process of taking over the Health Care industry, which is roughly one-sixth of the total economy.”

That is only a fraction of the almost daily assaults against us, our freedoms and our nation by Obama and his minions.

“Protecting union interests over those of GM and Chrysler bond holders during bankruptcy proceedings, forcing investors to accept millions of dollars in losses in direct violation of bankruptcy laws, money to which they were legally entitled.

Preferential treatment given to minority and women owned car dealerships by Obama administration officials as part of the auto industry bailout program and the forced closing of a disproportionate number of rural dealerships located in areas that did not vote for Obama.

Unsubstantiated firing of Corporation for National and Community Service Inspector General Gerald Walpin for exposing Sacramento Mayor and Obama supporter Kevin Johnson’s misuse of an $850,000 AmeriCorps grant.

Purchase of Congressional support for the passage of Obama’s healthcare bill including the 'Cornhusker Kickback,' 'Louisiana Purchase' and having the Department of Interior increase water allocations to the Central Valley of California to secure the votes of Democrat Reps. Dennis Cardoza and Jim Costa.

Lying to the American people by promising they could keep their healthcare coverage if they wanted to, when in reality tens of millions will be forced out of their current plans.

Attempted bribery of Rep. Joe Sestak with job offers to get him to drop out of the Senate primary race against Sen. Arlen Specter.

Directing the EPA to unilaterally set carbon emission standards, thus bypassing Congress which opposes Obama’s energy reform bill.

The Obama administration’s statement that a panel of experts had agreed with their plan for a 6 month Gulf Coast drilling moratorium, when in actuality none of them had supported the measure.

Bullying BP to set up a $20 billion slush fund to compensate Gulf Coast businesses and residents affected by the oil spill, to be administered by an Obama political appointee without any judicial or congressional oversight.

Implementing a third oil-drilling moratorium after the first two were thrown out of court, creating a de facto Gulf Coast offshore drilling ban in opposition to two judge’s rulings.

Establishment of a commission to investigate the Gulf Coast oil spill that contains not one oil industry expert and whose transparent purpose is to push a partisan political agenda rather than investigate the cause of the disaster.

Obama’s policy of intentionally not securing our nation’s borders, in opposition to Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution which calls for the President to protect states from foreign invasion, in an attempt to blackmail Republican support for comprehensive immigration reform. In essence, Obama is holding border states and residents politically hostage during a time they are being overrun by a narco-paramilitary invasion.”

I’ll stop there so that we don’t all puke, because the list of Obama and friends’ crimes and malfeasance is interminable.

Let’s focus for a moment on that last point about the Obama administration’s refusal to secure our nation’s borders. Not only do they refuse to secure the borders—specifically the southern border—but they also refuse to allow the states to take action against the illegal alien invasion of our country. There have been several states that have passed anti-illegal immigration legislation, and each time a state has done so, beginning with Arizona, Obama’s Injustice Department quickly sues the state for daring to attempt to do the job that this evil Obama administration refuses to do.

We also have the deadly Fast and Furious scandal, which has been called a “failed” or “botched” operation, but it was not a “failed” operation, unless we consider the “failure” to be that the Obama regime was quickly implicated in the wicked scheme and the scheme failed to achieve the Left’s desired goal of grabbing our guns.

As you know, this was supposedly a sting operation run by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to flood the Mexican drug cartels with thousands of guns from the United States. They claim this was done in order to track the guns. Bunk! This was nothing more than a ruse by the communist Left to create a “reason” for the federal government to steal the guns of law-abiding American citizens, as I wrote at the time news of the scandal had broken.

These anti-American enemies within our government are desperate to disarm American citizens, even to the point of signing on to the United Nations’ attempt to push the Small Arms Treaty on member nations, a treaty which goes a long way toward setting up the ultimate gun grab in our nation. Yet, here are these Marxist minions putting thousands of guns into the hands of Mexican narco-terrorists to be used in the killing of Mexican and American citizens, and whoever else is unfortunate enough to get caught in the crossfire. Oh, the diabolical irony!

You are likely aware that an American Border Patrol agent was murdered by an illegal alien narco-terrorist with one of the AK-47s provided by our own government. Agent Brian Terry, a 40-year-old former Marine, was killed almost a year ago about 12 miles inside the U.S. border in Arizona.

This is American blood on the hands of the Obama administration. Regarding Fast and Furious, Attorney General Eric Holder has apparently lied about what he knew and when he knew it, and that is likely the tip of the iceberg of the administration’s involvement in this treasonous scandal.

Now, in the wake of new, disturbing details emerging about that horrible night when Agent Terry was murdered, the anti-American Obama administration has ordered court records in the case to be sealed. By what authority can they do this? These are public records, for Pete’s sake!

The Washington Times reported last Tuesday that the illegal aliens involved in Terry’s murder had been “patrolling” the area north of the Mexican-American border looking specifically for American border patrol agents. This is unbelievable! Where is the National Guard? We have the ability to squash those narco-terrorist Mexican cockroaches with one hand tied behind our backs, yet this lawless Obama administration is allowing this open war to continue to bleed into our country. How many more Americans will have to die before the states rise up and tell the Obama administration to go pound sand, that we will secure the border despite their treasonous refusal to do so?

“Five illegal immigrants armed with at least two AK-47 semi-automatic assault rifles were hunting for U.S. Border Patrol agents near a desert watering hole known as Mesquite Seep just north of the Arizona-Mexico border when a firefight erupted and one U.S. agent was killed, records show.

A now-sealed federal grand jury indictment in the death of Border Patrol agent Brian A. Terry says the Mexican nationals were 'patrolling' the rugged desert area of Peck Canyon at about 11:15 p.m. on Dec. 14 with the intent to 'intentionally and forcibly assault' Border Patrol agents.

At least two of the Mexicans carried their assault rifles 'at the ready position,' one of several details about the attack showing that Mexican smugglers are becoming more aggressive on the U.S. side of the border.

According to the indictment, the Mexicans were 'patrolling the area in single-file formation' a dozen miles northwest of the border town of Nogales and — in the darkness of the Arizona night — opened fire on four Border Patrol agents after the agents identified themselves in Spanish as police officers.

Two AK-47 assault rifles found at the scene came from the failed Fast and Furious operation.

Using thermal binoculars, one of the agents determined that at least two of the Mexicans were carrying rifles, but according to an affidavit in the case by FBI agent Scott Hunter, when the Mexicans did not drop their weapons as ordered, two agents used their shotguns to fire 'less than lethal' beanbags at them.”

This is insanity. These outrageous rules of engagement by which our border patrol agents are bound—bean bags?! This makes me want to scream! How dare the pansy, politically correct communists in power not allow our men to use the firepower force required to keep the criminal animals from overrunning our border?! How dare these law enforcement officers be required to wait until they are fired on to return fire?!

After the stupid beanbags were fired at the Mexicans, the Mexicans returned real bullet fire, as should be expected of lawless, wild animals. A firefight ensued, during which, Agent Terry was shot in the back with a bullet piercing his aorta. He bled to death at the scene. The border agents managed to shoot and wound one of the dirt bag Mexicans who has since been charged in the death of Agent Terry. Outrageously, his trial has yet to be held. The other four sub-humans involved in the attack escaped.

Why has the Obama administration sealed the grand jury records in this case? What are they afraid of the media and the public knowing? How deeply is the Obama administration involved in Fast and Furious? How can it be that no one with authority apparently has the guts to apply the law to Barack Obama and his minions? How can Obama’s legal attack dog, the detestable Eric Holder, be allowed to continue in the position of Attorney General?

This anti-American Obama and his commie buddies in the administration, Congress and the courts disgust me. It is imperative that we not let this evil tyrant be reelected in 2012. Vote him out. Vote out every Democrat and RINO who is up for reelection, too. Vote as if your country is at stake, because it is.

Makes sense. If you start with a lawless POTUS (in the White House apparently against constitutional requirements) then good chance what emanates from his regime will also be lawless and unconstitutional.

Should be easy to depose this imposter, but the right seems to have its own form of illegitimate representation in the non-conservative, politically-correct GOP (the official party itself, the GOP=RINO). So far, our candidates aren't helping: they have either walked away, been successfully (legitimately?) scandalized, committed self-immolation, or shown themselves as RINO's.

The way I see it, either Sarah or the Lord himself needs to come back soon.
