Palin Should Join Trump In Debate
jenkuznicki.com ^ | 12/6/11 | Jen Kuznicki

The National Journal has an article about the Trump debate that is to happen on December 27th. Ron Paul and Jon Huntsman aren't going to be there, and now Romney says he won't "kiss the ring" of the Trumpster either.

You know, if I was Trump, I'd ask Sarah Palin to join him to moderate the debate. The left in the media are talking about how Trump is just a publicity hog, and how he's not a serious journalist who can moderate a debate, forget that, if Sarah Palin, who did go to college for journalism's sake and knows a lot about every single issue was to join Trump, well, we'd have us a great debate.

It's a joke that well-known anchors and so-called journalists get to moderate debates for whatever network they are on, they don't seem to internalize much in the way of actual knowledge of the issues. In fact, Newt Gingrich has called them out for their sleazy tactics when questioning Republicans.

If Trump wanted to up the ante, he'd ask Palin to help. Then, we'd get a real debate, what with her knowledge of this issues and her connection with the American people. And it would infuriate the Republican establishment because Romney just said he wouldn't do it. If he won't kiss the ring of Trump, he will sail far away from getting the nod of the American people if he decides to not kiss Sarah's ring.

You like to use Tina Fey’s SNL parody and Palin’s obvious (and immediately rectified) slip-of-the-tongue on Korea to disparage her intelligence.... Yet you’ve had a history of worshipping the ever-so-brilliant Rick Perry to the hilt. Yeah, whatever.

More like the air leaking from your head.

Like I said—guess you missed it— I don’t disagree that Sarah, who I dearly love, would be fun to have as a co-moderator. But your over the top praise of her knowledge on all issues seemed a bit like satire and I was trying to clarify.

She’s great, but she’s not perfect.

Who said she is perfect? no one is, especially you. But since you love to condescend and act like an ass, I’ll take the part, “I don’t disagree that Sarah, who I dearly love, would be fun to have as a co-moderator.” as your agreement with my entire post.

Thanks for agreeing with me that Sarah Palin should moderate the debate on December 27th with Donald Trump.

Now, was that so hard?

Really? I have never watched Saturday Night Live. These were not “slips of the tongue”, unless you suffer the handicap of blindness, hearing impairment and are mute. If glibness and touchiness serve your definition for high intellect, we have nothing to discuss. As for Rick Perry, he is unmatched on conservatism. Unfortunately he can not adequately express himself in the debate setting. Palin was all about expression and flair, but with the depth of a piece of paper on the issues, world history, geography, and got all huffy and intimidated when asked what she liked to read. And you say I have a history of worship of Perry. Sheesh. Look at yourself. Perry admits his flaws. Palin trademarked hers. LOL!

Mmyeah. Actually, I have no interest in the gov as a moderator or co-moderator, of this or any other debate. Nor as a kingmaker, cheerleader, fundraiser or campaign surrogate. Or even as a commentator. No. I have interest in seeing the gov in one role in this campaign, and one only. The California primary is June 5. I vote by mail. I get my ballot probably sometime in May. Unless one or more of these candidates show marked improvement by June 5 (and the earlier, the better), I will be voting for Sarah Louise Palin of Alaska. If necessary, I will be writing her in. If necessary, I will be writing her in as well on the general election ballot in late October or early November. Yes, I’m very well aware she’s not running. At this point, I don’t really care. I want to win this thing on November 6. I think based on what I’ve seen that none of these candidates are really ready to run a winning campaign. I think at least one of them isn’t even able. I think the gov just might be. This primary contest is a crapshoot. If I’m throwing the dice anyway, I’ll do it for somebody I believe is worth the stakes.

Relatively few people would care that a candidate refused to “kiss Sarah’s ring”. Her primary occupation for the last three years has been to quit government office, fail to be elected to government office, decline to run for government office, and drive around in a big bus. PDS might bring in some ratings, but not the kind that candidates want.

Sarah has a prior engagement on the 27th.

She’s baking S’mores for the family.

Want some?...COME AND TAKE IT.

I don’t remember any examples where Palin was imprecise about history or geography. Certainly not enough to reveal a pattern or show any lack of depth in her knowledge.

You are definitely not in tune with the American people. You are simpler than your caricature of Sarah Palin, and quite disrespectful.

But then, you are an aardvark I guess, so it doesn’t much matter what you type online.

Palin Should Join Trump In Debate

I think Palin is smart enough to avoid joining anything having as its primary purpose putting Trump in the headlines.

She is the perfect choice to grill the candidates on the issues.

Probably. But do you honestly think that Trump would allow Palin or anyone else to steal the spotlight from him, or take the chance of being overshadowed on his own egofest?

The idea of “kissing Sarah Palin’s ring” is absurd and ridiculous. Palin herself would, in all likelihood, be the first to tell you this.

Trump would make a great VP.

With Obama? He'd be the perfect for for Obama if he runs as an independent and helps reelect Obama.

Trump makes me sick--NO true American patriot would EVER do anything to help reelect Obama.
