I don't know. He can still fall back on that comment, "I can't go around with my birth certificate plastered on my forehead" stuff. He can play up to the completely sympathetic press that he's proven this several times and that if the small, administrative court in Georgia can't understand that, then he's willing to let this case go so he can focus on other real priorities, like singing Al Green songs at the Apollo or telling old White women to show their birth certificates to him.
Not after Hussein's thugs have a little heart to heart with him.
All that needed to be done was read the dicta in MvH and say "now what?" It is that simple. They would have to address that issue. instead they were able to hide behind a mountain of crap presented by Orly and say we have nothing to do with criminal proceedings....
The best place to start is the Atlanta Journal Constitution or any other local Georgia media. Once they pick it up, then the other press will follow. Who knows as far as Drudge is concerned ...

I cannot disagree with you Diogenes. What you say may well be correct in the end. More will be revealed that much I do know with regard to Hawaii.
However, I honestly believe that Obama is literally doing EXACTLY what Chester Arthur did. Arthur Hinman was hired by persons unknown to investigate Arthur’s place of the Garfield ticket. He could have been hired by Chester himself to blur the trail and get people totally redirected off onto tangents - looking for his PLACE OF BIRTH which was a provable quantity. Just like Obama, the problem wasn’t where he was born, it was his FATHER’S lack of American Citizenship!!!
Literally, Obama is following, step by step everything Arthur did. First thing Obama will do on leaving the White House is to burn his papers, what do you want to bet?
So I think he has directed attention deliberately to Hawaii to hide the NBC Minor v Happersett issue. Otherwise why scrub Minor off the internet? Why obliterate McCarthy v. Briscoe off the internet? Feed the masses controversy on the COLB and the masses bought it, and set up the playing field for massive ridicule. His place of birth does not damn him, the CONDITION of his birth under the British Nationality Act of 1948 is what damns him. Obama knows it.
Soon the whole USA will know it. The Georgia case I think will change everything.

If the judge rules against Obama, there is no way the Democratic Party can bury this. This will be news that the MSM cannot hide.
This will become part of the Republican debates.

It will take awhile for Atlanta to wake up, but once the inner city realizes that Obama isn’t on the ballot there will be riots.

Because the Birth Certificate is only one of the things being asked for, The one Obama CANNOT get past is proving his dad was an American Citizen. The foggies KNOW that Minor v Happersett is a giantkiller. So they avoid discussing it.

They haven’t covered this story well from the very beginning. They want to ignore it.
I respectfully disagree. It's NOT losing GA that matters; it's how the liberals are going to explain that 0b0z0 couldn't "prove his eligibility" in court!
This will embolden the cowards of all stripes to ask "WHY COULDN'T HE PROVE IT?????"
It may also embolden some SoSs in several states to ask the same question.

I think you have a great point about not being able to prove 14th amendment citizenship, but there could be another issue too. Assuming that neither of his birth certificates were “forged,” either A) he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro and is legally supposed to be using the newer replacement birth certificate than his original, or B) he was born “en route” which is what happens for births at sea or on airplanes. This phrase is supposed to be on the birth certificates, but under the law, the port of arrival can be used as the “place of birth” providing that the local hospital examines the baby and confirms it is a newborn (and not some older child being smuggled in from another country). Obama may have been born when his mother was traveling from God knows where, and he just doesn’t know where he was born, and he doesn’t want to try to explain why it says “en route” on his birth certificate, because THEN he can’t technically even be a 14th amendment citizen, even under the broadest interpretation. He’s not even a statutory citizen at that point because his mother is too young. Two words could sink his ship faster than the Iranians can clone a drone.
Someone needs to give them the news tip. Otherwise, it might not show up on a court report until next week.
