Justice Kagan breaks federal law in order to force ObamaCare on American people

Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan will be in clear violation of federal law by virtue of her decision to hear the Affordable Care Act case coming before the Supreme Court today.

Upon joining the other justices to hear oral arguments she will fracture the federal statute which DEMANDS that judges recuse themselves from participation in a case “where he has served in governmental employment and in such capacity participated as council, adviser or material witness concerning the proceeding or expressed an opinion concerning the merits of the particular case in controversy.” (1)

And according to emails obtained by the Media Research Center as the result of a 2010 Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the DOJ, not only did she advise DOJ attorneys and express opinions concerning the merits of ObamaCare, she lied to the Senate Judiciary Committee during her confirmation hearings by answering “No” when asked specifically if she had any involvement in preparing the government’s defense for ObamaCare. (2)

ObamaCare was signed into law By Barack Hussein Obama on March 23rd, 2010 while Kagan was United States Solicitor General, a month and a half before she was nominated to the Court. As Solicitor General it was Kagan’s sole responsibility to represent the Department of Justice and federal government in actions coming before the Supreme Court.

And although Eric Holder testified before a senate committee that Kagan was...

That this pig is allowed to be on the judging panel foretells the outcome before Roberts conducts the sham hearing. Pirate Roberts is not the friend of OUR Constitution that people have been lead to believe.

Yeah, but who’s going to challenge her . . . Boner? He’s on a RINO mental vacation. He can’t even drum up enough nerve to impeach the foreigner living in our White House for giving away precious government secrets and destroying our country.

Boner is an absolute disgrace. He should be livid about this and so many other things. What the hell is Boner thinking?

Of course in Kagan’s case, it pretty much fits.

Yeah, but who’s going to challenge her . . . Boner?

A fringe group, the New Black Panthers, have offered a $10,000 reward for her capture.

This is a perfect example of why we cannot allow 0bama to be elected/appointed to another term in office.

He will stack the Supreme Court with Communists/Marxists/Socialists just like her (or worse) and America will NEVER be the same. NEVER! It will be R.I.P. U.S.A....forever.

Whether it be Romney, Gingrich, Santorum, Paul or even Donald Trump, they would be better than the zer0.

Gingrich 2012 is America’s only hope, at this point.

HISTWA; out of control suppressive lawless government results in hot revolutions, unless of course the citizens have first been disarmed by said government, then it usually results in genocide of said citizens. Could that happen in the US? (rhetorical of course)

Boner can’t even control the members of his own party. Incompetent House speaker...

But what is the recourse on Kagan? Suppose she votes with the majority to keep Obamacare...can this be challenged with another lawsuit arguing that she acted contrary to federal law by voting on it? What is the process for prosecuting Supreme Court justices who act outside the law?

Don’t tell me there isn’t one, the Founders were smarter than that, especially considering their fears about majority tyranny.

USG has become a criminal organization. It does not follow statute law, USConstitutional law, nor even its own rules. It is a lawless beast, roaring defiance against lawful citizen who seek to put it back on the tracks, back in the chains of USConstitution, which limit USG poweres and authority.

Boner is a great guy - just ask the people (R)s in his district who have & will continue vote this jackass back in. The Supremes are a joke. The corruption, the indebtedness & the apathetic nature in this country makes for nothing more than submission to totalitarianism.
