Fake Conservatives As Dangerous To Freedom As Obama

If Americans are looking for anything in the dark clouds of political dust and powdered ash that choke our air and leave us feeling naked against the elements, it is but a simple moment of sincerity. It sounds like an easily attainable thing, and yet, we continue to gasp and clamor. The visible surface of our nation is so devoid of honest connection with our social voice that we have turned to a cynical form of loneliness. We have embraced a life without clarity, and been made wretchedly bitter, desperate for even the faintest taste of truth.

Pretty much what a lot of us here on FR have been saying over the last week or so.

This election year, we MUST NOT play the old game of the “lesser of two evils”. The fact is, there is no such thing, and there never was.

At the very least, hold your fire support until you see the whites of their (the GOP's) eyes. In the mean time, give em hell!

The ‘lesser of two evils’ is a choice between a gun to your head or a knife to your throat.

Either way, you lose.

What a horribly "choiceless" year! We have a devout, 100% glossy dummycrat who, as far as we know, will head our ticket into disaster. There's no excuse for the Stupid Party to have trumpeted this phony onto our ballot.

Every single RINO who has endorsed Mitten has disgraced the party. And those so-called conservative talking heads and politicians that think it's cute to support this liar, should be ashamed of themselves.

Looks like we're going to hand the classless illegal alien from Kenya another 4 years to destroy everything that this country has shed blood for. Lord help us!

I wonder if we are really going to let Obama have another term by dividing ourselves...

Same thing happens every election, from both sides. The true believers always say “no more lesser of two evils”.

Idealistic, but impractical. Its just not how the system was built.

I don’t like Romney. I’d rather almost anyone from the field have been nominated. I always vote for the most conservative option available. Barring a miracle, liberal Romney seems to be the most conservative guy left. Liberal is better than radical, if only a little. I’m sure I’ll be blasted for saying that.

Vote your conscience. I’ll likely reluctantly vote Romney, and hope to God Ann Coulter is right about him. I doubt it, though.

Have been working on convincing the husband that we should NOT vote for Romney in November. Then let the chips fall. At least the GOP will be be forever blamed for going over the edge.

We'll be just as divided with Romney. Even worse, some will get complacent just because a Republican sits in office thinking that all is now well. In reality, the liberals will push their agenda, and we'll still have no one to stand in their way.

I feel the same way. The thing about some cures is that you have to take the full regiment, as bad as the side effects can be.

I suspect the GOP is sweating bullets right now over the conservatives disapproval of the GOP's chosen candidate.

False. And you know it is.

I will be voting for a conservative in the primary and in the election.

I will not vote for a liberal. Neither Romney or Obama.

There will be someone more conservative than Romney on the ballot, even if Romney gets the GOP nomination.

And that's who I will be voting for.

I'm glad you identified yourself as not being a true believer.

Romney has NO chance. Period. That's why he's being pushed by the media and the GOP-e.

I will continue to vote for the most conservative candidate on the ballot. And it won't be Romney or Obama.

Disapproval is an understatement. I'm actively campaigning against Romney now, and will if he gets the nomination.

Romney made it easy with his record.

Heh. Just another term for “idealist”. I’m not an idealist. I am a conservative through-and-through.

There may be a conservative on the ballot with a chance of spoiling. I’m not convinced there will be one with a chance of winning. In the real world, the lesser evil is better than the greater one.

Then you enable to GOP-E to pawn liberals off on us, knowing that you will hold your nose and vote for whatever crap liberal they put forward with their dirty tricks, rule changes, and help from a complicit media.

And that is the greater evil.

I won't be encouraging them with my vote. I will vote for a conservative.

Romney is un-electable, and if elected supports evil. Vote for him if you want. I'm a conservative.

More dangerous, actually. The traitors are there for the purpose of keeping you from having conservative choices and demoralizing you.
