Obama and his “Youth vote” had better prepare for “Grandparents’ revenge” in November

With his support rapidly drying up among almost every group, Barack Obama has turned to the so called “youth vote.”

He has personally visited, or sent a representative to, 130 college campuses across the country since March 2011. His obvious plan is to use the same lies he told in 2008 to appeal to people who have no life experience and don’t know any better.

“They believed it then, maybe they’ll believe it now” is the Obama campaign motto, but is it working? Not yet, and nothing on the horizon suggests it will.

In 2008 whatever Obama told the empty headed college kids worked.

As the quintessential political prostitute Obama put on ANY dress his customers wanted him to wear.

“Lower student loan rates than those evil Republicans want you to have? you bet!”

“More free stuff from the government? Coming right up”

“I’m the one you’ve been waiting for, can’t you see that?”

“Blah blah blah, hope and change blah blah blah, you know what THAT means don’t you?”

They didn’t, but that made no difference because voting for a Black man PROVED their generation was better than their parents’ generation. They ate up Obama’s Hope and Change babble and marched zombie-like to vote for a man they really had no information about. Obama won their vote 2 to 1.

Today all of that is gone. A new Gallup survey holds devastating news for Obama and his Party regarding the 18 to 29 year old vote: only 60% are registered to vote and of that only 56% report they are likely to vote in November.

"...56% of 60% Obama is getting just 35% of youth vote. That fact renders the “youth vote” which still goes 2 to 1 to Obama little help …..

The little morons put their parents out of work and their grandparents back to work. In many families grandpa's job at Walmart is the only money coming in thanks to the "youth vote."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
so only 34% of the youth are going to vote...and of those 34% I’d say not more than half will vote for obama because the obama voters will be over represented in the youth who are unregistered or uninterested in voting.
Perhaps close to where even a severely conservative socialist idiot could possibly, maybe, defeat 0bama if he dumped enough money into it?
In 2008 the little skulls full of mush had literally spent half their lives sucking down hatred for Gingrich, a Republican Congress, and especially GW Bush. No wonder they acted like zombies.
Now they have four years of trouble to figure out, much of it personal now, and the old villains just aren't around to take the blame.
And a key fact could be that, now Obama has a record. He has been in office 3+ years, and has implemented various liberal policies. Even young voters who gave strong support in ‘08 are seeing the results, or lack thereof, of Obama’s policies.
In ‘08, Obama was a blank slate, talking of hope and change and stopping the rise of the oceans and other liberal claptrap. We now have a track record of what this liberal hope and change agent has actually done, when trusted with the powers of the presidency.
So this year, instead of hope and change campaign themes, it will be the politics of fear for the Democrats. They will work up fears of the GOP taking away birth control, or penetrating women’s bodies with ultrasounds, or whip up a frenzy about Trayvon Martin, to convince people that the GOP is actually in favor of racists shooting young black men. So, to console people’s fears, they better vote for Obama again, or so the campaign mantra will go. Ditto for females who fear the loss of birth control and that whole “war on women” stuff.
Well, the Obamabots still like to blame Bush for things, but, how long can they be intellectually honest and do that? Bush has been gone for three plus years. Obama is the man. Democrats were in firm control of Congress his first two years, and still control the Senate. Obama is the man. So, it becomes harder and harder to blame Bush and the policies of the past for what’s going on now.
Or to look at another way, Obama is in charge, and if he inherited all these worst problems in history from Bush, then you can ask what in the sam hill is he doing about all of these problems?????????
The first-time voters in 2008 may have been too young to remember who Gingrich was (it had been about 10 years since he gave up being Speaker) but they had heard all the time how bad Bush was, and they had a choice between a black man who was being hyped like a rock star and an old guy whose imprisonment by the North Vietnamese happened long before they were born.
