Several years ago, I chanced to go into a nearby Target store. It's located near (but not quite in) the City of Gary, Indiana.
In the foyer of the store there was a bulletin board showing off photos of the store employees with local civic leaders, touting the store's community involvement.
One of the photos showed several folks of the same general age and demographic group as the lady pictured above. It's caption read:
