“We want to let them know that there is a theological responsibility (emphasis added) to participate in the political process…” said House Congressional Black Caucus chair, Emanuel Cleaver of a meeting with hundreds of black Pastors representing various denominations in the U.S.

Speaking to MSNBC, the congressman added “…we’re going to have the IRS administrator there, we’re going to have the Attorney General Eric Holder there, we’re going to have the lawyers’ organization from around the country, the ACLU — all giving Ministers guidance about what they can and cannot do.” (1)

Of course Cleaver was referring to “guidance” in the ways churches can participate in the 2012 election without violating IRS rules concerning their tax exempt status. Naturally this has always been of GREAT concern to black Pastors, especially nowadays given the sterling record of unbiased enforcement built by the scrupulously law abiding Attorney General.

Yet even while absorbed with their tax code responsibilities, the attending Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights found time to address a letter to House Speaker John Boehner concerning the harsh treatment of Attorney General Holder by...

It seems that politics wins out over principle again. While the F&F investigation should lead to criminal charges, politically, it has no value to either side because the media has been AWOL. If this were happening under a Republican administration, it would have been front page news every day until someone’s head rolled.

Consider this story my response to all the people who attacked me for leaving the Republican party and standing by my vow to not vote for Romney. Conservatives will just get more of the same from them.

Tis is exactly why I won’t support any Puppet of the GOP-E like Romney. Palin was head and shoulder above him and should have run.

Properly handled--that is properly presented--the impeachment of Eric Holder does not become a race issue, just because he has some non-White genes. Any Republican who is afraid to go after this easily discredited scoffer at our Constitutional system, simply because someone claims that the criticism is racially motivated, is too craven, as well as too stupid, to entrust with any public responsibility.

Again, properly handled, this is a good issue for Conservatives, with every segment of the population. Any minority group members who would buy this silly attack on those Republicans trying to do their duty, will not likely vote with us under any circumstances, whatsoever. That does not mean there will not be a net gain for doing what is right! And implying otherwise, is truly the racial insult, which impeaching Holder would not be.

This is outrageous.
Along with the race fear of the birther issue.

This assumes that black skin makes a person holy and God-like and above reproach.

Sources in Washington, DC have told blogger and citizen reporter Mike Vanderboegh that Republican leaders have already decided to close down the Fast and Furious investigation and halt contempt proceedings against Eric Holder,

What 'sources'? Have the Republicans actually come out and SAID this is what they're going to do? Is everyone getting angry over a rumor? Is someone trying to get folks riled up so they'll contact Boehner, or is someone just trying to foment distrust among Republicans?

I don't like 'calls to action' based on rumors.

I am with you, I will not vote the rabid Statist, AKA as Mitt.

Statism is rampant in both parties. For the GOP it's mostly the old guard who worship at the Alter of State Power.

The reality, is that the left, the GOP-e, the RINOs, and the vile Rove will be happy to know that no matter who wins in 2012, Statism will be alive and stronger in America.

There is no way back from the end-game. We must hit bottom before we can hope to rebuild our Republic.

Nothing Myth or the RINOs will do can hope to turn our Republic toward Liberty.
