Bennett wasn’t aware of Arpaio’s cold-case posse? Why didn’t Arpaio contact Bennett directly? He should’ve been on the phone immediately to the governor & SoS to tell them the issues with what they’ve already looked at & should’ve taken his posse to them to present their case. Now if they’d refused to take his call or view the evidence, he should’ve made it public. But there’s no excuse for him to not keep them informed of such an important issue.
This kind of thing just makes me crazy!
None of this matters, he won’t be declared ineligible, Romney is correct in staying away from this.

I think it’s interesting, the comments about Michelle. Especially that it’s mentioned in the article. Something I never thought about, even though it seems pretty obvious to even a casual observer that they don’t like each other much. But if the marriage really IS on the skids, there is no one more dangerous to him than Michelle. She knows where the bones are buried.

At this point I’d rate it a 50% shot. You’re right in that Romney should stay out of it, but he should also be making contingency plans to campaign against somebody else.
Of course, Bennett knew. He’s just lying about not knowing it. No way he couldn’t have known. Helloooo, he can’t now claim he pulled that petition out of his backside and didn’t know how it came about. But it’s true he didn’t care. Even my cat knew he was going to cave to HI and Hussein.

The law at the time prohibited this because five years since her 18th birthday had not passed when she gave birth to Dunham/Soetoro/Obama and his father was undisputably a foreign national. This issue concerning the law and his mothers age has been discussed at great length on FR. As well, Article 2 Sect 1 of the US Constitution requires the president to be a natural born citizen not "just" a citizen.
This quandary we see with Soetoro's citizenship isn't something new to presidential qualifications as Chester Alan Arthur was generally accepted as having dual citizenship with Canada and that was pretty big news back then.
I believe you're correct, however if authorities like Arpaio keep seriously investigating and find out the deceiver was ineligible, the fraud and all his cohorts should be pitched forked out of town!
Heck, they don't even have the spine to overrule, or defund, the EPA, Homeland Security, etc. So they will continue to ignore that we have a fraud and impostor for POTUS.
(Effectively, the Constitution is irrelevant to our elected officials and the SCOTUS. Sad to say, as I took a sworn oath to defend the Constitution, and meant every word of the oath.)
Thanks for the link to that video report. Zullo says he had met with the Az SoS and discussed the investigation with him and he came away from the meeting feeling that the “Fix Was In”.
Zullo also said he will be having a presser sometime in the middle of June and it will be a blockbuster. I hope so!
