Food Stamp Nation (vanity)

Posted on 06/20/2012 10:34:48 AM PDT by hecht

Has anyone else noticed the food stamp ads on the radio. I guess Obama need smote parasites on the dole at taxpayer expense. Aren't you glad that you work. I have no issue with a safety net for the truly needy, but to condone parasitical behavior is obscene.

They actually have a recruiting budget. The bureaucrats are incentivized to go out and expand the rolls. I have heard their radio ads, seen signs on college campuses, and flyers left at churches, all trying to recruit new parasites.

It is my understanding.. which could be wrong.. Federal and states give ummmmm money to local governments to sign up folks for benefits. I am not sure of the scope. I do know they get matching for “education” regarding the SNAP program. So, every sign up or sign in probably qualifies them for that. I am sure Mickey Mouse and Juan Valdez are frequent entries.

"I’ll admit it. I just went on FS last week. But, I just became unemployed after 30 years of continuous employment. I have a wife and 2 kids to support and I’m bustin my ass to secure new employment."

Good. You're honest. Besides, if you're helping to drain the debt regime at this point in the default process, you're part of the solution (default, government shutdown followed by resumption of production and small government). Meet those who are not so honest while shutting down our private sector (reason for so many hard working folks having to go on food stamps).

Here are the bipartisan, socialist culprits. See what they're stealing out of the economy while producing nothing of good use? They distract with their sponsored propaganda while continuing their genocide.

Are you a member of the political class?
http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2010/08/are_you_a_member_of_the_politi.html

Stop buying anything that you don't really need. Become more self-sufficient each month. There are always options and ways. Learn to produce something useful as a hobby for now. Either get with it, or be unprepared.

Take care of yourself. Get stronger. There will be options and good surprises. Don't get down on yourself. Remember that you're right. Never give up. You'll be needed for the rebuilding process.

It's going to be rough. But we'll prevail, after the political robber class is deposed by the weight of its own lies, big spending and radical, officious thefts. Get yourself out of the way, if you can, before they start fighting with each other (rest of us already being fleeced).

Yeah, but I’m *paying* for his raw meat.

Can I get food stamps for him?

$200 buys a *lot* of ground round and beef hearts.

;D
