He’s never liked the Constitution. He presently has no liking for Congress or the Supreme Court, because he considers them impediments. He acts like a dictator. How much evidence do people need to see that?

The word is “uninterested”—”disinterested” means objective and fair.

No "Disinterested" means no personal bias in the matter.

And this is a matter on which the President is obliged to not be disinterested

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

I appreciate the FYI. There’s actually a lot of gray area on that matter according to dictionary.com. So it’s not necessarily incorrect.

It's a distinction not so niggling as you might think, I'm not playing usage Nazi, and I acknowledge that I'm fighting a losing battle--I hear "disinterested" misused all the time from network Ivy League dingbats, but I've never heard it misused by high school graduate Rush Limbaugh!

Disinterest is what you want from a judge. I wish "indifference" or "callousness" was used for those who want to express unhappiness with a lack of caring or empathy or patriotism, because "uninterest" is falling into disuse.
