Yes, folks, that is what she said, according to an instructor at a School for the Deaf and Blind who watched the video. The video is shown at normal speed, 3/4 speed, and 1/2 speed with no banners obstructing her lips.
Watch this superior quality video. Forget that she might not be saying exactly what this YouTuber is saying. But it looks to me like she's saying a word that begins with the letter "f" before she says "flag". Not "damn". You want to argue for "the F-word" go ahead. I say "fold".

What you said was true, but my take is the Zero is going to lose support one voter at a time. I'd like to ask a supporter what one thing could the Zero do to cause you to change your mind.

As I recall, this was a long ceremony at Ground Zero with bagpipes and drums and took quite a while to complete. So, no, I don’t think she ‘s attended a whole lot of ceremonies of such intensity.

Seriously? Her comment was directed personally towards him. In other words, “You braved being here, sitting behind security glass and all, just for this damn flag?” (In PRESENT TENSE would be “You brave this for a damn flag?”, in short). Due to the noise, she would abbreviate her thought and I’m convinced that’s what she said. It makes sense and is in context. “All this for a damn flag” doesn’t fit if you carefully watch the first two words. Watch the very last loop, and you’ll agree with my analysis. You can’t prove me wrong but I can prove the ‘blind and deaf teacher’ wrong. The ‘beats’ simply do not match his interpretation.

I became qualified sometime during kindergarten! She speaks a “b” word; “brave”. That’s the last I’ll say on this. The instructor at the School for the Deaf and Blind is just as wrong as Chief Justice John Roberts is wrong about Obamacare being Constitutional!

Same here. I have very bad hearing and learned to read lips a long time ago. Not perfectly, but this is not hard.
I’ve been trying to think of... parse... a word that would fit if she didn’t say “damn” and haven’t been able to come up with anything.
But Obama’s smirking nod of contempt that makes my anger boil even worse.
Don't know who it was but it wasn't Whitney Houston.
It would be different if it were her shopping trip.
