The truth about our national debt and how it is killing our future

We are 15 TRILLION dollars in debt. Barack Obama is has added $1 TRILLION dollars to our national debt and hasn’t signed a budget in three years because the Democrats in the Senate will not vote one into law.

Since 1986 the national debt has risen from 2 TRILLION dollars to the mess we have today. Here’s how much ONE TRILLION dollars is: spending $60.00 each hour it would take over 31 years to spend a TRILLION dollars.

There is NO prosperity in this country and anyone who says we are recovering economically is a liar fool or Obama stooge.

If you are one of the dwindling number of actual taxpayers, since Obama was sworn in your share of the national debt has increased by over $64,000.

If Obama’s government confiscated every penny multi billionaire Bill Gates had, the proceeds would pay for running the federal government 15 days.

If Obama’s IRS confiscated every single penny everyone worth $250.000 or more has, proceeds would pay for just 38% of the cost of running our government.

Read this carefully: As Americans we now have MORE per capita debt than the Greeks Portuguese Italians Irish or the Spanish and each of their countries is regularly talked about as being on the verge of collapse.

Obama’s unlawful spending binge has made over 8% unemployment the new normal.

The nitwit half of society believes getting rich in America happens by luck. This will have to be straightened out but it is not our biggest problem.

Right now the American government’s debt is over 101 % of our GDP which is constantly being revised downward.

Mandatory government spending is at a level not scheduled to be a reality until 2060. Folks: Today is Tomorrow; There are No More Tomorrows….

Here’s how much ONE TRILLION dollars is: spending $60.00 each hour it would take over 31 years to spend a TRILLION dollars.

A dollar per second for 31 years spends a BILLION dollars.

To spend a terabuck in 31 years requires spending $1000 per second for 31 years.

That's $3.6 MILLION PER HOUR, not $60 per hour.

In astronomical terms, the US government spends about $3.5 trillion per year.

In a year, light travels about 6 trillion miles (one light-year). Light travels to the moon and back in three seconds.

The Federal government spends a dollar in less time than it takes light to travel two miles.

The national debt is up over $6 TRILLION since Pelosi became speaker in 2007. This can be visualized by a stack of $1 dollar bills (1 ft = ~$3000) that reaches around the Moon and will reach Earth again around December 2012; the stack is growing at a rate of ~ 10 MPH.
