Gary Johnson--Libertarian for President-Proven Budget Cutter From New Mexico
The Financial Survival Network ^ | 07/24/2012 | Kerry Lutz

www.FinancialSurvivalNetwork.com presents

We met up with Gary Johnson, former governor of New Mexico and present Libertarian candidate for President. Gary was a former governor of New Mexico. During his two terms in office, of an overwhelmingly Democrat state, he vetoed 750 bills and exercised thousands of line item vetos. He was so effective that his opposition referred to him as Governor Veto. He ran for the Republican nomination this year, but he was kept out of the early debates by CNN and CNBC rules, which were created to keep out minor candidates. As a result, he never attained the status of serious candidate as far as the Main Stream Media was concerned. While his odds of winning the nomination are virtually non-existent, his message is compelling, and he has provided a road map for other fiscally sane candidates to shake things up.

Gay Johnson?

Oops. I meant Gary.

In any event - Are you series? He’s a freaking Libertarian. And see my tagline for what I think of them.

What sort of things did he do to reduce the New Mexico budget?

Also proven unelectable, and any vote for him is NOT a vote that might remove the sitting president

“Read the rest of his agenda. He is a massive nut job.”

True. Shame, that.

I do so wish the non-pot smokers could take over the Libertarian Party or the Republican party could get back to the Reagan roots of cutting government, as chosing between socially conservative statists and liberal statists is not much of a choice.

A vote for my cat would have more of a chance of succeeding.

...and he won’t even take NM in the general election.
What he might succeed in doing is keep NM as a blue state for Obummer.
Thanks for nothing.

Headline should read: Gary Johnson (Obama), because a vote for him is a vote for Obama.

The left is pushing hard for Gary Johnson. You will soon see a movement to get him to appear in debates as well. They know if he takes 3-4 from Romney, game is over. Obama wins.

Look at Rasmussen Reports today. In Michigan 5% prefer “someone else in the race.” The only “other” is Johnson. If not for Johnson, Romney would be tied with Obama in Michigan.

And nationally, 6% prefer “some other” candidate. That is Johnson. If not for that, Romney would be up 51-44 nationally, instead of 45-44.

RKBA? Private property Rights? Lower taxes? Real republican Federalism with a return of power to the States?

Oh heavens... The horror... :-|

Granted, he's no John McCain or Willard Romney, but that isn't a bad thing either.

Hey, maybe it wouldn’t be so bad having a librarian for a president. A librarian might know a lot more than a Libertarian.

Won't be the first time. They know they don't have valid arguments for supporting their liberal RINO's... Pejoratives and red herrings are all they have ever had.

Gary isn't my first choice. He wasn't even my 5th choice. He's just a better choice than either Willard or Zero...

Doubtful. Most librarians I know are flaming liberals that are too nuts to cut it in academia.

Shows you don't spend a lot of time in a library though...
