Probably not. Nobody running at the moment is really involved in it, including the incumbent. The electorate itself isn’t terribly focused on it, either, so it isn’t going to be much of an issue.

In a campaign conference call, former Navy secretary Richard Danzig and retired Army Maj. Gen. Wallace Arnold accused Romney and Ryan of not not having a “record of support for vets” or sympathy to “a system that has been taking care of veterans for generations,”...
This is laughable. The Obama campaign using these two clowns to try to attract the military veteran vote. The day a liberal Democrat presidential candidate appeals to a majority of the military is the day a conservative Republican candidate takes the black vote. Neither is in the realm of possibility. Obama best go back to accusing Romney of killing people’s wives and Ryan of slinging old folks off cliffs.
