The Democrats couldn’t sell us Global warming and get us to sit by while they destroyed our economy and lined their pockets with their sneaky Cap and Trade scheme. It seemed that every time their Champion of Fraud Al Gore scheduled a “Global Warming” rally in Washington, it snowed so they had to retool. They thought that just changing the name of their hoax to the more pliable “Climate Change” would fool us; after all, like Barack Obama, it actually stood for nothing and everything all at the same time. If I didn’t know Democrats so well, I’d think the Dem platform isn’t real. Being attacked by it would be a badge of honor, if it were more than a sordid joke on America. We could only wish these reprobates were as unreal as global warming, then there wouldn’t be any global warming.
So I guess the liberal dems all want us to forget all the scientists that for at least 50 + years, told us that during the dinosaur age the earth was a lot warmer then it is today. And then suddenly something happened, (today’s version) an asteroid hit causing a dust up that kept the suns rays from filtering through. Without the heat from the sun ice formed at the poles, glaciers formed pushing the land upward as it traveled away from the poles, causing the mountains, digging out the lakes and on and on.
Liberal dems take note, this all means that one day back when the dinos roamed, THERE WERE NO ICE CAPS TO MELT! We only got ice caps BECAUSE OF A CATASTROPHE! And if they melt away, so what? The earth will be as it was BEFORE IT SUFFERED A CATASTROPHE!

Yeah, the local news was going on and on about a National Wildlife Fund report stating that this was the hottest year in our history and Global Warming Yada Yada, Wildfires, Yada Yada.
It just irritated me to the Max that these people report this crap without any due diligence to confirm the truth of the report.
I do believe in the hoax because I know it is all a manufactured lie.

Romney beleives in man made global warming. He said so during the primary when he thought that it was “settled science” and only crazy conservatives who reject ‘science” reject the b.s. and it’s National and global watermelon solutions.
Given he’s still into nationalized health care, I suspect he’s still into the global warming agenda.
There's no much evidence of that. The solar connection is best described as adding to the warming in the 80's and 90's. Solar peaked around the mid 80's but there's always a lag due to thermal inertia in the oceans. Essentially the extra solar energy imparted into the oceans came out with a vengeance in the 1998 El Nino. But along with that solar influence is steady warming from increased CO2. Solar might be greater in the short run but CO2 persists and wins in the long run.
Now that the sun has tanked (around 2007/8) there is yet another lag as the still-warm ocean will output heat for a while. But after the anemic upcoming solar max we will have a long solar minimum and, along with more storminess, we will see eventual cooling. Thanks to the lag, that will take another decade or two. The downturn will be tempered somewhat by continuing rises in CO2.
I suspect you are right. But we don’t know if that will translate into action. If Romney reverses Obama on shutting down coal electric plants, then I could care less what he believes or says he believes.
