People don’t know and/or not being told that from the car accident that killed Biden’s wife (he touched on it during the debate) Biden had two cranial operations plus some additional neck surgery.

I have a cousin who's a paranoid schizophrenic (I'm not kidding, he's been diagnosed and is unable to hold down a job). He breaks out in inappropriate laughter at just the wrong time, just like Biden did.
