Obama dropped the Game Winning Ball..

All we have now, are the What-ifs, when assessing the aftermath of the this election.. History, Tragedy, and Leadership, was at stake with the advent of Sandy, a storm of Biblical proportions, interrupted this election offered a rare opportunity to make or break the contest wide open.. When Obama chose to suspend his campaign and assume the command of the aftermath of this tragedy, my heart dropped..

When I saw the pictures of The President take to the streets on the morning after The storm, my first thought was, the visuals were incredible.. This was what great leadership is expected to do, shed the jacket, loosen the tie, and assume command.. But, being natural, or common, is not what this Paper Tiger is all about..

He's a composite of an assortment of real men, with a puffed up resume, and a polished persona. A midsized city, TV anchor, with better script, and a sugar daddy.. However, this dude, came with a nefarious agenda.. Without knowing his real background, we can only watch and worry about the direction he is/was leading us..

Without the Media, and challenger probing his history, we were at the mercy of the outcome.. How else were we to gauge just what kind of a cabal actually pulled his strings, and what they had/have in their plans, for our future..

To be fair to him, never having faced any real adversity, his handlers are inhibited by their own lack of natural heft, it really isn't a liberal thing.. Just take the last two Democrat Presidential contenders, Gore and Kerrey.. It became so obvious that both of these caricatures were so conflicted with who they really were, that it was standard fodder for late nite monologs..

I feared if he took the course of Doing The Right Thing, he would have had the MORAL HIGH GROUND, and the sympathy vote, not to mention a real legacy that would have been hard to overcome.. If he stayed behind and sacrificed his chances for reelection, no matter what the outcome, he would have been admired for his attempt, and swept to the victory..

When he resumed the campaign with the aftermath still unfolding, I knew what the outcome would be..

Unfortunately, for the victims of this devastation, and Americans in general, we finally saw the man that couldn't face events that couldn't be controlled by his handlers.. He tucked tail and ran..

All I can say is thank G_D he followed whatever his natural instincts really were, and slithered away as the snake he truly is, a NARCISSISTIC, COWARD, with a natural tan..

Bush sent in everything possible. A friend in the TN National Guard said “ the air couldn’t have supported one more aircraft”

Yep, the storm handed him the election on a platter. If he’d just done merely an adequate job at handling it he’d be sitting pretty. And the storm’s victims would be in better shape.

But he used it as a respite from the campaign, a chance to recharge. He caught some good sleep and came back to the campaign rested and alert. That was what was the important thing to do in his mind.

And the media can’t cover this one up for him hard though they try.

The only time I’ve seen the Boy Wonder attempt to fake concern for others is when he is accusing his opponents of not being concerned.

Then he hits the golf course.

What is he doing in Vegas every week? Is his crack cocaine supplier in Vegas?

Despite the fabricated persona, Obama does not like being around people, especially common people in need.

They remind him too much of where he came from and what he has tried to escape and live down his entire life.

IF we were just invaded by China via Long Island you know damn well we’d have troops on the ground within an hour...

These days I think there is legit doubt about what, if any, response this President would choose. I think he just might take another trip to Las Vegas if China invaded us. That seems to be his M.O.

>>At least Bush sent the Coast Guard in immediately to rescue people.>>

Not only that but Bush phoned the governor of Louisiana three times to tell him to ask for help, but the governor refused. The President cannot help until it is requested by the governor. This law prevents a president from taking over any and all states.

Real Leadership can only be faked for so long. Eventually, reality catches up. Reality caught up with this pretender long ago. But the media has gone to lengths never dreamed of to protect him. This will be about the end of both. Good.

Obama comes from a true left wing upbringing. Mother a Marxist, as were both his maternal grandparents. Granny made her way to a VP slot at Bank of Hawaii, and 'Pops' never amounted to anything, other than a good fellow traveler.

The grandparents must have really pushed the radical bit on daughter, Stanley Ann. As she was big into Marxist dogma at Mercer Island. And the parents even moved to Hawaii to follow the left wing church they belonged to. But 'church' is being generous.

Punaho Boys School is the elite of the Elite. And Barky Barry fit in just swell. Many of the kids that went there are fed a constant diet of the same crap Gammy and Pops filled Stanley Ann's head with.

Is Obama screwed up? You better believe it. He's a white liberal radical, pretending to have been raised like a black from a much different background.

We have friends and relatives with friends/relatives, who survived Sandy. They started getting into contact with those living in the Post Sandy areas.

Like many heavy duty storms, people a couple of miles away from each other have totally different realities.

Some had minor flooding or car damage, others have lost their homes, can’t get into their homes. Many are out of food, water, dry clothes and gas for their vehicles or generators.

Some areas are out of control with mobs looting and survivors looking for food/water and shelter. After dark some in that area are hearing shouts and shots being fired near their damaged homes.

One lady has friends and relatives on both sides suffering from severe disaster or no problem. However, some who thought they were okay are now running into problems. One of her uncles is very well off. His beach area house now has severe water in the basement and there is no electricity to run the sump pumps. His small yacht in the same area is okay and undamaged. They have a large home, they live in away from the shore, and they have had no power since Sandy hit. He had generators which are now out of gasoline, and he has siphoned the gas from his small collection of cars and trucks. Now, the sump pumps in that home aren’t working and water is seeping in their big basement a few inches each hour. Their food water supply is running out as they became an emergency shelter for grown children and grand kids.

This may end up with Katrina looking like a medium size disaster versus a king size disaster from Sandy.

Dave this is just tragic, and my heart goes out for these dear folks.. aside from the obvious ramifications of real unrecoverable damage, the long term problems are going to to be deeply troubling..

These people change their attitude toward their own life long neighbors, as happened our hurricane IKE.. a few in our community began to sneak around stealing, and demanding stuff because they made no provision for the aftermath..

Most of us shared, as much as well could, some just slammed the door.. There are still bad feelings and recriminations..

Six of one, half dozen of the other.. No winners.. ugh!

My wife would call those people, the Entitled Ones. Ones who think/feel that they are entitled to whatever the rest of us have inspite of their previous behaviors.

I am not trying to disagree with you, HOWEVER,(smirk)if we are to believe anything that he wrote in his own book, this despot has been coddled most of his life..

His grandparents were not impoverished in any way, and Mom married a well to do, mid east businessman..

From his tropical home, he attended Ivy League schools..etc.. I believe his pathology is much deeper, as in Dissociative Personality Disorder, antisocial behavior.. DEEPLY NARCISSISTIC..

In other words.. My scientific prognosis.. He is Batshi# Crazy.. LOL
