Ann Barnhardt declared a tax strike and had her bank account seized by the IRS in November. She has not posted on her site for nine days. Does anyone know what is going on with her?

Since her accounts were seized by the IRS, she might not be able to pay for internet service or for her site.
I like her, and she’s kinda attractive also.

You can’t declare a tax strike, and have your bank account “seized” right away. The IRS doesn’t work that quickly. So, did she refuse to file for 2011? If the Tax Court heard her case that quickly (doubtful), where’s the record of the judgment?

You do understand that the MF Global decision exonerating Jon Corzine of any consequences for stealing $1.6 billion of customer-segregated funds means that no account you have is safe from government theft, right?
And that it is a mathematical certainty that Ubama's plan to "overwhelm the system" is a done deal?

You can have your account seized any time the IRS believes you are evading paying taxes...
you can have your accounts seized and liens placed on your property with due cause...
they don’t need a judgement - seize now...sue later...

Right. Crazy enough in her commodities business to see what MF Global and the criminal Corzine were doing with her client’s money. AND, got them all out of the market so doing, saving their principal money in her managed accounts. She is a heroine.
Corzine is a criminal, a major one- who stole personal money from the very AMERICAN producers of our FOOD, so he could cover a too clever money play on the Greek drachma- a thief of legendary status (more than Madoff). And obama bundler. THIS is what gets Barnhardt a federal clampdown— directed by the gestapo in obamao land of the “new world” federal enforcers.
She is mistaken in taking the tax protest stance— there are many tax attorneys and foundations that would/will represent her. And, if she has had bad accounting then this would come out.

Now, you may not LIKE her religious bent (which is Catholic btw) or “end of the world” belief— but you cannot fault the biblical basis of her code of ethics. Would that Corzine could find some semblance, as he is an absolute pig of a criminal— a mobster in short (just like the obamao admin and executive). Her stance is a brave, and emotional one-not unlike the emotionality of the founding of this Republic.
Where does this monstrosity of a federal totalitarianism end? Where WE the people stop it, that’s where.

that she is brave, only that she is crazy and out
