The Note in the Boat
Blasted Fools.com ^ | May 17,2013 | Richard Cameron

CBS News just conducted an interview with one of their ‘special correspondents’, former Assistant FBI Director John Miller, in which Mr. Miller explained to them about a note that the surviving Boston Marathon bombing terrorist, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is supposed to have written inside the boat where he was hiding from authorities. In the note, Dzhokhar is alleged to have made declarations to the effect that:

The Boston Marathon bombing victims were ‘collateral damage’ in the same way that civilian villagers, women and children were innocent victims of America’s ‘War on Terror’ in Muslim countries. “When you attack one muslim, you attack all muslims”. The death and dismemberment were executed in retaliation for the United States’ military campaigns in the Middle East. His brother Tamarlan is in muslim ‘Paradise’ and because of this, he Dzhokhar, has no lingering concern or sadness regarding his death.

The proposition that “when you attack one muslim, you attack all muslims”, is one which should not be shrugged off lightly. This certainly is not a universally held belief among adherents of Islam, but I think I am on solid ground based on numerous surveys of muslim opinions, that it is a prevailing attitude. To be on the safe side of matters, we should think and act accordingly – especially since it is no recent discovery that terrorist attackers are indiscriminate in targeting their quarry.

Mr. Miller, when asked if authorities believe the Tsarnaev brothers were acting independently in the planning and execution of the bombings, said that that is the conclusion they are coming to. It must be born in mind however, that since the CBS interview is an exclusive, it is reasonable to conclude that along with whatever information the Feds have disclosed to Miller, they have also prepped him to deliver the narrative of the brothers as independent plotters.

This version of the origins of the event, whether true or not, would seem obviously to be the safest one for the Feds to propagate, given the FBI’s track record of involvement in failed sting operations.

- see video at

http://blastedfools.wordpress.com/2013/05/17/the-note-in-the-boat/

for illustration of said failures.

If, as has been reported by intelligence sources independent of Washington, the Tsarnaev brothers were CIA assets that had been turned by Wahhabist / Al Queda cells in in Makhachkala – the capital city of Dagestan in 2012, you can assume that all official and non-classified reports will stick to the version that Miller is disseminating.

The Dzhokhar note raises another matter to be contemplated. If there is even the smallest amount of reality in the assertion that our military actions in such regions of the world, are contributing to a motive for terrorism – doesn’t it follow that we need to scrutinize our national interest in involving ourselves in these areas going forward.

If we’re there to fatten the wallets of the defense contractors, perhaps we need to put their ‘wallets’ on a strict diet. If we’re there for oil, then we’d better get cracking on that Keystone XL pipeline and get fracking on more shale and tar sands oil and natural gas.

So we curtail our national interests for the sake of wack jobs. Sounds like Ron "went full retard" Paul logic.

What “intelligence sources” are those, DEBKA file?

What’s the point of posting articles with these nutso leftie talking points? At least include a [BARF ALERT].

So this guy was running around all night with a magic-marker?

Car chases, being shot at, being shot, throwing pipe bombs at police, running and hiding most of the night and all the next day, and the magic-marker is still in his pocket? Why did he even leave his home with it?

This could be a little bit of bushwa.

My thoughts, exactly. He was just hoping for the chance to write some rant for an excuse before being captured. The inside of the boat was the perfect blackboard, apparently.

Kind of interesting that the first we hear of this “note” is one month later. Especially after all the earlier reports that they had no clue as to motive.

Very curious indeed and obviously there is a story there. Was it just PC or were they uncertain of whether there was a hidden message buried in it for some further unknown accomplices?

Collateral damage in the real world: When islamiacs hide behind women and children to insure that those women and children are killed when the islamiacs are taken out.

“Collateral damage” in the islamiac world: Intentionally targeting innocent men, women and children.

Yup, they’re the same. /SPIT

So, he's running from every law enforcement official in the area, wounded and bleeding out and he writes the preamble to a doctoral thesis? I call, as my grandfather, may he rest in peace on that big farm in the sky would say, “Bullpuckey!”

‘Leftist talking points’? You’re kidding right?

How is it a Leftist position to wonder aloud, whether after spending over $2 Trillion dollars on the War on Terror, we have virtually zero to show for it except more exposure to Jihad and a ballooning national debt - not to mention a Police state (Patriot Act) apparatus firmly in place?

How is advocating Energy Independence a ‘Leftist Talking Point’. Did you even stop to think before posting that?

Look I know leftists and anti-energy and anti-free market people want this to be the reasons the US is in these countries, Richard Cameron, but there is a far more plausible reason for us to be there.

We are trying to SHUT DOWN AND KILL the terrorist orgnizations that want to, and have come over here to kill us. We are at war with these people you idiots.

..and we did not start it.

Here's the deal...we need to be much more serious about killing these people and anyone who supports them, be it in a village, an urban area, or in the countryside. Just like we did with the Nazis and Imperalist Japanese.

We defeated and destroyed their military and humbled their people to the point they did not want anymore. As a result of keeping the gloves on, and beating them to a pulp and taking nothing short of uncodnitional surrender...we put them in the "mood" to be reformed and now they have been some of our strongest allies ever since.

We need to practise the same on the Islamic Jihadists and their support base or we will be facing these brush war insurgencies for the next 100 years.

Now that they realize people understand how hard it is to write on fiberglass with a pen, it’s a magic marker?

I haven’t yet seen any pictures of what he wrote, but many fiberglass boats have a covering over their ‘insides’.

At one time I thought that was the point of being over there, but it doesn’t make any sense now. There are less costly (in $ and human lives) ways to accomplish your goal of protecting us from jihadists. It’s called serious border security and stop importing muslims on educational visas and halt immigration from muslim nations.

That line of George Bush’s about “we have to fight them over there, so we don’t have to fight them here”, has turned out to be baloney.
