With the Boy Scout of America’s (BSA) vote to allow gay scouts (but not gay leaders as if that makes a difference) the Gay Mafia won another victory in its ongoing effort to destroy the moral fabric of America.
Since losing in the Supreme Court a decade ago when the Court said the BSA could exclude gays, the thug wing of gaydom has been threatening extorting and lobbying to get the organization to allow gays to be part of their “family.”

I think 60% to 65% of those currently enrolled in the BSA will leave. 60 - 65% of 2.7 million is 1.08 million to 945,000. I would not be surprised if it reached 70% considering that about 30% of the population in America are mentally ill (aka Leftists)
I have no problem with any boy, gay or otherwise, under the age of 18 to join the scouts and be a productive and respected member. The Boy Scouts of America shouldn’t be in the business of determining sexual preferences for children.
I do have a problem with leaders being openly gay and joining the scouts. Then there is a problem. it is only common sense that they will go where the little boys are.

Many churches have their own scouting alternatives. For instance, the Assemblies of God have “Royal Rangers”. It’s pretty much like Boy Scouts except there is more AOG doctrine in there. My guess is these are going to greatly increase. What is going to be left in BSA are the libs who have no church affiliation and no problem with homosexuality.
We are also probably going to have lots of clueless parents who are going to be shocked, just shocked, that their child is being subjected to sexuality, not just because of the presence of homosexual boys, but because of the fleeing of traditional families who are the ones standing against fornication.
IMHO, the American BS are now going to start to decline, just like the Canadians did.
3 or 4 of our kids are scouts. But with maybe one exception, one would never know it.

Now that the Scouts have surrendered the rights that the SCOTUS affirmed they had, they are now subject to a different set of legal challenges.
It’ll be a matter of 2-3 years and they will be forced to accept homosexual leaders.
Older boys will be able to recruit younger boys, now that they can be openly gay. Some young boys are just discovering their sexual identity and now they will be exposed to this lifestyle. Single mothers often put their sons in the boys scouts in the hope that they can have a positive male role model. Boys will not only identify with the leaders but boys who are older than they are. I have a problem with this.
Your statement sounds reasonable, however, I don't believe that is what is happening here. Those, like me, who believe that homosexual practice is morally wrong and harmful to the scout and all those around him see it quite differently.
We are not "determining sexual preferences for children." we are upholding moral standards for children and teaching them what it means to be a man. Scouts must promise to be "morally straight" and that is directly contradicted by this latest edict.
It is as if a scout joins a troop openly declaring that he is a thief and we must admit him without objection and without ever counseling him against it.
So, you have no problem with your 11 year old camping in the same tent with an openly gay 17+ year old boy? Surely, your not that clueless?
