Xerox 7655 Overview Picture (Obot claims to replicate Obama LFBC pdf w/floating signature)
Native and Natural Born Citizenship Explored ^ | August 6, 2013 | NBC

Posted on 08/07/2013 6:29:11 PM PDT by Seizethecarp

The following image is a composite created by scanning the WH LFBC using Xerox WorkCentre 7655 upside down using the automatic feeder. The resulting file was opened in Preview, the image rotated 180 degrees and printed to PDF. The resulting PDF was opened in preview, the layers unlocked and moved to the side. In addition, a close up of the signature was ‘blown up’ to show how the background layer, not surprisingly, has filled in some of the white that resulted from the separation of the background and foreground layers.

Note how for example the signature block is fully separated.

Which wouldn’t have to be a problem if state and/or federal law enforcement charged them with crimes when they commit perjury and fraud. Because law enforcement is protecting the political players we have a totally lawless system. There is nothing to hold their corruption and lawlessness in check. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. That’s what I’ve been talking about, and it is why ALL the “scandals” will have the same fate as Obama’s ineligibility problem. This isn’t about Obama. It’s about the loss of our system of accountability and the resultant lawlessness.

Why are Nancy Pelosi, Alice Travis Germond, and Bob Bauer not sitting in jail waiting to be hung by the neck until dead for treason?

The timing of all this is suspicious, to say the least. At http://nativeborncitizen.wordpress.com/page/17/ you can see the progression of the experiments. Part of what is posted there is the Xerox copyrights on technology. In 2004 Xerox filed for a copyright on the compression technology which recognizes similar “blobs” and uses a template - the technology blamed for these glitches, which have now been found to include a bunch of Xerox machines. At that link also (IIRC) it says that Kinko’s and other copy places use the Xerox WorkCentres. So copy places all over the country have been using these machines for almost 10 years and this is the first time anybody has noticed anything?

The story of how this was discovered (on July 31, the same day that Ted Nugent blogged about Arpaio’s findings) is at http://www.dkriesel.com/en/blog/2013/0802_xerox-workcentres_are_switching_written_numbers_when_scanning . It was discovered by a computer researcher in Germany, who noted that this could cause prescription/medical problems, engineering problems that could cause bridges to be built unsafely, etc. The problem as he saw it was quite blatant, where the sizes of boxes on a chart/blueprint didn’t fit the numbers that showed up next to the boxes at all. For this to fly for almost 10 years, there would have to be architects who never proofread their blueprints and construction workers who never noticed that the visual model totally differed from the numbers used. AND if they didn’t notice the difference and actually went by the numbers, none of their corners would end up square. Yet nobody noticed? Really?

This thing stinks.

I’ve wasted too much time on this already. Unlike the people Obama pays to do disinformation, I have a living to make in addition to any time I spend doing the research that law enforcement, Congress, and the media won’t do.

The thugocracy also has the advantage of being able to know what I and other researchers are looking into so they know what to disappear, alter, or fabricate. And they have the ability to intercept or delay communications to stall us while they get things in order. The only other option for us, if we want to avoid giving away our leads, is either to travel all over the world doing our own research in person (which is time-consuming and financially impossible), or to communicate through courier pigeons. This is ridiculous.

As I alluded, the previous code (quite possibly extant at the time of the forgery) would be compared to the current code (claiming to do these counter-intuitive resolution changes and layerings for a scan).

One exploratory level would be to examine whether the earlier code (on a different, not-updated Xerox7655) does the same layering and resolution changes. If that machine doesn't do the layering claimed or even demonstrated on either the White House machine, or a machine that has updated driver software, you've exposed the lie. If someone were to examine the "nuts and bolts" of the actual code (object, or better yet, source), one might find the unique conditions where such an anomaly occurs, e.g., 'FaxID=White House' and 'greensecuritypaper=true'.

A likely, potentially troublesome aspect would be that a Xerox or Adobe coder may have backdated an update module, such that loading a driver that was supposedly current at the time of the forgery from a Xerox or Adobe website for the Xerox7655 might exhibit the same anomaly as the most current version. Finding a Xerox 7655 that hasn't been updated more recently than the forgery date and observing its behavior will be very helpful toward exposing the truth.

Something else that just briefly crossed my mind. Somewhere it mentioned scan-to-email capability on these machines. If the machines affected are all ones that connect to a phone line/internet and updates/patches are done by internet/phone line (as seems to be the case, according to the article by the German researcher who discovered this glitch), then it would have been easy for somebody to update these machines so they would act this way just in time for NBC to “discover” that the PDF was created on a Xerox machine (information which ought to be shown on the document’s properties anyway - something I’m checking but I have to do it on Explorer and now my computer is moving slower than molasses. arrghh. Now IE cannot display the webpage. Gotta close Adobe... OK it was produced on a Mac. So that’s why they have to talk about it being emailed. If they had treated Obama’s BC the same way they treated Obama’s tax forms, etc, it would have shown the same properties as his tax forms. So why was this not done on the White House scanner, since that is supposedly where the real 3D BC was at?)

That would explain why nobody has “noticed” this problem in the past 10 years...

Ah, you got to my posts before I remembered to alert you to them.

Shouldn’t Xerox have a way to audit the updates to see when they were really made?

I think it would be hard to find somebody using that expensive a machine who didn’t have the machine connected to the web and set to do automatic updates. Even if they weren’t set to do automatic updates, if the machine was connected to the web at all they could force an update, if what Snowden says is correct.

And then there’s the raising-the-bar technique they always use. If you show that the system was not working this way at 1 second before the long-form was scanned, they’ll claim it was changed within that millisecond and then reverted back to the other way immediately afterwards - all coincidentally, of course. They’re gonna do the same thing with the security background. And it’s the same thing that they’ve done with the BC#’s. They’ll do it again with the 1961 death certificates if they think I’ll bother to pursue the anomalies on Virginia Sunahara’s death certificate. This is why you can’t win against a thugocracy. When the whole thing is corrupt and they have the means to spy on everybody researching their crimes and corruption as well as to seemingly alter/manipulate reality (through back-dating, etc) it’s a rigged game.

Thing of it is, by saying anything about any of these things, both you and I have clued the regime in to how they could evade detection. But we may as well say it in public because they will know what we’ve said even if we try to say it privately (that’s what the spying is all about) - and if we say it in public maybe enough people will get on the ball and do something BEFORE the thugs can make the fix.

So - if anybody has a Xerox WorkCentre that has been unplugged from the internet since before April of 2011... time to come forward. Maybe a company that has had one of these machines in stock and it hasn’t sold yet...

Obot “NBC” has now posted what is claimed to be a sample pdf from his/her many experiments that “replicates” the WH LFBC pdf.

http://nativeborncitizen.files.wordpress.com/2013/08/wh-lfbc-scanned-xerox-7535-wcpreview.pdf

This pdf is revealed in this blog post:

http://nativeborncitizen.wordpress.com/2013/08/09/helping-out-hermitian/

“NBC” in the past couple of days has been busy explaining or replicating:

1. the “clipping mask” issue (software generated)

http://nativeborncitizen.wordpress.com/2013/08/09/xerox-7655-clipping-path-and-objects/

2. the replication at the bit-map level of letters and numbers (which is evident in the WH pdf but NOT the AP scan, supposedly) which is software generated:

http://nativeborncitizen.wordpress.com/2013/08/10/xerox-7655-ap-copy-scanned/

http://nativeborncitizen.wordpress.com/2013/08/10/xerox-7655-ap-character-degradations/

I have no personal expertise in pdf analysis, but if these claims cannot be debunked, it will be time for Mike Zullo to stop claiming that these WH pdf features “prove” forgery and prove that a hard copy of the certified BC never existed.

There are still many irregularities, IIRC, that call into question whether this “document” was produced on a circa 1961 typewriter, and every attempt to gain legal release and discovery of the vault copy has been fought to the death by Barry’s team.

I am now even more interested in Reed Hayes’s 40-page affidavit and the extent to which he relied on “inability to replicate” pdf features in his conclusion that the WH LFBC is a 100% fabrication.

There is nothing in Hayes’s CV, IIRC, that suggests digital expertise, as has sometimes been claimed. His background is in handwriting and document authentication. I am hoping that he formed his opinion on that basis.

According to his CV Seize, he has experience in ‘Examination of Computer Generated Handwriting’ as well as research in ‘Computer-Generated Handwriting and Documents’

I personally believe ‘NBC’ is not replicating Obama’s document at all but rather insinuating he is and changing the data to make it seem so while using Obama’s existing document image on the White House website. As butter states, you have to look at the timing of this. This Xerox scenario all come about right after Zullo announced Reed Hayes report and his consultations with Congressman Stockman and others. This put pressure on the Obots to counter the unseen Hayes report. At first when NBC broke the news about it, he admitted he couldn’t replicate the document in it’s entirety and admitted that yes, there were anomalies he and his cohort he did the experiment with couldn’t explain. Also they expect 95% of individuals with no computer background skills in graphics, scanning and imaging to believe them since they use terminology the average person doesn’t understand. This is nothing but a ruse. Now would be a time to consult with international scanner expert Doug Vogt, the person who owns Archive Index Systems, a company that sells a wide variety of document scanners worldwide and develops document imaging software. Before that, Vogt owned Nova Typesetting for 11 years. Vogt admitted the document was fake after Obama released it and submitted a 22 page criminal to the FBI back in May of 2011. They have been sitting on it. Here is his complaint:

http://www.scribd.com/doc/56433457/News-Release-Expanded-Analysis-of-Obama%E2%80%99s-Certificate-of-Live-Birth-May-22-2011

Again, NBC and his cohort are admitted amateurs and they have no credentials to match Reed Hayes, Doug Vogt or Adobe expert Mara Zabest. Zullo needs to consult with them to counter this latest disinformation tactic they are using and neutralize their scheme.

If the Xerox machine is substituting exact replicas every time a certain “blob” (such as a box) appears, then that should happen with every box, every letter, etc. If the Xerox is switching 6’s for 8’s then where are those numbers switched around in the White House PDF?

If NBC scanned in the White House document which is a print-out of a document that ALREADY had these effects within it, then the real test would be whether the scan he comes up with is DIFFERENT than the White House PDF, not whether it is the same. If scanning the White House document using the Xerox machine under these conditions results in a PDF that hasn’t been manipulated by the Xerox (different than the document that was scanned in), it would actually CONTRADICT the theory that the Xerox made the anomalies in the actual content of the White House image.

“If the Xerox machine is substituting exact replicas every time a certain “blob” (such as a box) appears, then that should happen with every box, every letter, etc.”

The algorithm does not appear to be very precise, but just the fact that there is such an algorithm and the effects of the algorithm are NOT evident in the AP scan, but ARE evident in the WH pdf seems to support that this is what happened.

A criminal case “beyond a reasonable doubt” is being put forward by Zullo and he is asking congressmen to sign on, so these claims by NBC must be either refuted or affirmed, preferably by independent investigators who are not already in the Obot or “birther” camp.

This should not be hard to do since NBC has finally released his/her own pdf with the claimed replications and a step-by-step hardware/software workflow that can be readily replicated, I would think.

Zullo has repeatedly asked for anyone to step forward if they believe they can replicate the WH pdf and here is such a claim.

An expert would need experience with the specific scanning compression software used by the Xerox Work Centre, I would think.

I am not an expert on this, but would Xerox be using a grayscale (8 bit) to black and white (2-bit) conversion for scans of these text images? Grayscale, of course, provides more information for further processing. You would have to have multiple scans of 8-bit to 2-bit of the same test image and then examine the results under a magnifying glass.

Oh look! “NBC” is following our little discussion here and has already complimented and responded to butterdezillion!

http://nativeborncitizen.wordpress.com/2013/08/10/butterdezillion-some-good-questions/

begin NBC post

From the FreeRepublic we receive some good feedback from a poster named Butterdezilion.

Butterdezilion: If the Xerox machine is substituting exact replicas every time a certain “blob” (such as a box) appears, then that should happen with every box, every letter, etc. If the Xerox is switching 6’s for 8’s then where are those numbers switched around in the White House PDF?

A good question but as I have shown and found out, the Mixed Raster Compression is all but exact as it appears to be extremely sensitive to small variations. I have seen examples with anywhere from 4 to 17 foreground images. The same for JBIG2, it is based on how similar the two blobs, such as a box are, and in the samples I have, I have found JBIG2 to fail to capture the boxes, but it does capture other letters.

Butterdezilion If NBC scanned in the White House document which is a print-out of a document that ALREADY had these effects within it, then the real test would be whether the scan he comes up with is DIFFERENT than the White House PDF, not whether it is the same.

Exactly, it is not perfectly the same, or otherwise there would be reasons to doubt my findings. But the scan shows evidence of all the artifacts I mentioned, other than the halo effect which was of course already present in my ‘original’

Butterdezilion: If scanning the White House document using the Xerox machine under these conditions results in a PDF that hasn’t been manipulated by the Xerox (different than the document that was scanned in), it would actually CONTRADICT the theory that the Xerox made the anomalies in the actual content of the White House image.

The Xerox scanner does not ‘know’ that the document it scans used to have layers in it, and therefor it reproduces as best as it can the Mixed Raster Compression it is instructed to use by the default workflow. This results in similar but not perfect matches.

Even having access to the original Long Form Birth Certificate would not fully replicate the PDF provided by the WH, however I have now shown that the following features are captured
1.Separation into a jpeg background and multiple monochrome foregrounds
2.Alignment of two boundaries with 8×8 bit offsets
3.Alignment of two boundaries with internal object
4.Downsampling the background to 150 DPI
5.Downsampling the foregrounds to 300 DPI
6.Saving the JPEG with a quality factor of 47.48% with specific Quantization Matrix
7.Embedding a YCbCr comment into the generated JPEG
8.JBIG2 compression
9.Preview created clipping mask
10.Images are all in landscape direction requiring 90 degree ccw rotations
11.The JPEG contains the same JPEG comment YCbCr
12.The JPEG contains the same quantization matrix
13.Full or almost full separation of the date and signature stamp
14.Speckled foreground bitmap

What I have yet to explain includes:

Halos Although I believe the workflow provides us with plenty of hints there and preliminary experiments are looking promising. It’s just that I am working through the list somewhat methodically, often repeating experiments based on the feedback from others like RC, Goregan, Vicklund and our friend Hermitian.

Is that it? Just the Halos? Did I miss something? Surely there are more artifacts that were claimed to be evidence of a forgery and which can be explained through the workflow I propose?

end NBC post

Per NBC:

“Is that it? Just the Halos? Did I miss something? Surely there are more artifacts that were claimed to be evidence of a forgery and which can be explained through the workflow I propose?”

Perhaps NBC will respond to thecodont’s question and comment #155...

What comes out of the machine is not a legal entity.

What goes in is.

The original, actual document is of consequence. Some the out out put of a machines.

This whole thing is a distraction. Any and all digital ‘documents’ are not. That is - they are not documents.

Hawaii official have committed felonies as have WH officials.

Fraud is fraud.

NBC responds as follows to thecodont’s question in comment #155:

http://nativeborncitizen.wordpress.com/2013/08/10/seizethecarp-question-155/

“Seizethecarp: your question has been addressed in the blog posting responding to Butterdezillion.

“If you have any further questions, I am more than happy and willing to address them.”

Thecodont, I am not sure where it was addressed. Maybe you can tell. I will leave it to you or others to follow up with NBC if you wish to, as this is outside my area of expertise.

NBC has posted a detailed rebuttal of WND’s cut-and-paste accusation:

http://nativeborncitizen.wordpress.com/2013/08/10/debunking-the-claims-wnd-and-cut-and-paste-v-jbig2/

I hope that Zullo will release the Hayes affidavit and that Zebest and the other experts he consulted will take on these new claims by NBC point by point before any more politicians are invited to stick their necks out over the claim that the pdf was forged.

Even if the pdf image can be replicated from a paper document, the LFBC image may still have been forged or altered prior to being fed into the WH Xerox copier!

So some two years later someone finds Optical Character Recognition error done by a Xerox scanner, and the Obamabots conclude it explains all the anomalies . And that the White House Obama birf certificate also used the same Xerox machine that created all those errors.

You know they are full of bullcrap.
