One of the great intellects at Rolling Stone magazine has joined us in our call for universal misery. Jesse A. Myerson is calling on "millennials" to fight for five key economic reforms.
1. Guaranteed work for everybody.
2. Social Security for all.
3. Take back the land.
4. Make everything owned by everybody.
5. A public bank in every state.
As a result of Mr. Myerson's call for universal free stuff, the editors at Rolling Stone have announced universal subscriptions for all! No longer will Rolling Stone magazine participate in the outdated economic system of capitalism.
As a sign of solidarity, from this day "FORWARD" Rolling Stone magazine and the artists it covers will give away the product of their efforts at no charge, from each according to his willingness, to each according to their desires.
The iTunes library will be halting all mandatory payments for songs, movies, books, and etc. All future Hollywood actors will not receive compensation for their efforts and all future propaganda films will be universally distributed at no charge to The People.
Somebody been doin' too much happy smoke. The government never owned the land so how can those commie piggies "take it back"? Americans settled and owned the land before the government here was established. Somebody buy these potheads a history book!
Satire - liberals never pay for socialism with their OWN money or stuff...
It has to be satire because liberals never ever give away something they own “free subscriptions for everyone” No way, they only give away other peoples stuff which is why the company that programmed the Obamacare website was able to get $680 million. “It’s not our money, give them what they want! They want a 100 billion, give it to them!!”
And don’t forget, rainbows and unicorns for everybody.
Truth.
Free or not, I wouldn't use it to line the bird cage.
My first thought was to take back the land taken by the feds like what Clintoon did, federalizing land so no one could use it. Imagine how the price of land (and therefore housing) would drop if the fed released land for developer use in housing. Would this then not result in a housing boom and help the economy?
Too bad restricting the American people from using American land is sacred liberal dogma.
The poster is pointing out the hypocrisy of the left. Rolling stone, read by stoned teenaged boys, is editorially calling for pure socialism across the land -—— but still charging for their magazine, of course... Still wanting to make money. They never get it.
