An advantage of committing a crime like this “loss” inside a huge bureaucratic organization is that nobody is actually responsible for anything. Almost nobody “does” anything themselves. So, it will turn out that each bureaucrat gave the correct orders and some 18 year old unpaid summer intern actually made the “mistake” that lost the emails.
Everybody goes on to collect their pension and then take a cush job at some university where they get an office they never visit and another 30 years of pay and benefits.
If Harry Reid must be a saint because I have him on more bribe accusations than a dog has flees. I’m up around 15 now. As you mention, Lefty Rosenthal, but here’s a longer partial list:

Larry Klayman left JW quite a few years ago and went to Florida, where he ran for the Senate without any success. In fact, after he left JW there was extensive litigation between him and JW. JW seems to have run better since he left as far as one can tell from their FOIA case success.
NO KIDDING??? I had NO idea he was gone!! Good Riddance.
If I remember correctly, Larry Klayman used to post on FR during the Clinton Scandal era. Maybe it was just that his name was frequently posted and JW was soliciting donations.
So? What proof can they get that persons did in fact delete the emails. Because it looks suspicious will never pass the mustard. Formatting a hard drive destroys all data. But on the other hand it is puzzling that this hard drive contained just certain emails in question but nothing else was on the drive?
Why is everyone focused on the hard drives when the emails remain on the server even if the user “deletes” them?

I just heard on Fox News that the EPA is NOW claiming their e mails have crashed even before the information Issa wanted....UNBELIEVABLE that all these leftist lunatics aren’t arrested for breaking several laws:
Tampering with evidence
Destroying evidence
Contempt
Lying to committee/Congress
withholding evidence
fraud
and anything else Congress can find.
