How to fool Boehner into NOT Impeaching Obama: Accuse Boehner of trying to Impeach Obama!
Graewoulf | July 29, 2014 | Graewoulf

Posted on 07/29/2014 12:19:50 PM PDT by Graewoulf

All it takes for Obama to protect himself from Impeachment is to accuse Boehner of trying to Impeach him. Always a fool for reverse psychology traps, Boehner dutifully held a Presser today and said: "We have no plans to Impeach the president. We have no future plans. It is all a sham." BINGO! Obama's part-time Day Job is safe, because Boehner is really, Really, REALLY STUPID!

Speaker “Blank Check” Boehner has convinced most voters in the Public and US House of Representatives that NOTHING CAN BE DONE to punish B. Hussein Obama for violating the US Constitution unless he is removed from Office by the US Senate.

IOW, Speaker Boehner, by doing nothing, Boehner violates his unique Constitutional Duty to “Control the Purse” or Impeach Obama, and passes the buck to a Democrat-controlled US Senate that will never Remove Obama from Office.

Obama knows that as long as Boehner stays in as Speaker, then Obama has permission do whatever he wants to do, with no fear of punishment.

Boehner as Speaker is ESSENTIAL to permitting Obama to violate the US Constitution on a near daily basis.

Stupid and weak Boehner is, by far, “The best Speaker of the House that the Democrat Party has ever had.”

Removal from Office can only come from the US Senate, and ONLY if the US House Impeaches BEFORE the US Senate even considers whether or not to bring an Impeachment to the Floor of the US Senate.

BTW, “stupid” people are those people who are incapable of learning, and Speaker Boehner and all those who refuse to use the Checks and Balances found in the US Constitution are TRULY STUPID, especially the Republican Member supporters of Boehner as Speaker in the US House of Representatives.

Force Boehner to resign as Speaker, and THEN Impeach Obama with New House Speaker Louis Gomert, Jim Jordan or Trey Gowdy.

Do nothing, and US Voters may find no EFFECTIVE reason to vote for a do nothing Republican slate of Candidates in November, 2014.

BTW, BTW, just what is the difference between a do-nothing Republican Politician who always caves-in to his Democrat betters, and an Obama Democrat Politician?

RE :”My guess it that the White House realized that the Democrat Party and the TEA Party agree that Obama will be Impeached if Obama uses his lawless pen to grant Amnesty to the Illegal Obama Wetbacks and their Illegal Alien Invader parents.”

More like Obama wants to keep the Senate (in Dems hands) so he has decided to do everything and anything he can to provoke the GOP into either impeachment or civil war this year, either one helps him keep the Senate. So it makes sense for him to give the order this year.(Even getting the GOP to talk about it on TV during recess helps them. )

And (House) impeachment still leaves him in office as it did Clinton in 1998, although Newt lost his Speaker job soon after being in charge during impeachment, as did other GOP House members.

Dems are now praying for impeachment, its their ace-in-hole.

You’re focused on the stopped clock……which in this case, is right.

You assume it would punish Obama by impeaching him now. Quite the opposite.

So, Obadiah, what will stop this Administration's rampage NOW?

Nothing but a big win in Nov 2014 - which impeaching now would imperil. Bass ackwards.

What other remedy does the Constitution provide for dealing with unlawful acts by a President?

Elections.

I would suggest that perhaps you stop trying to make your case by asking easy questions that you assume cannot be answered.

Yours is a common belief:

* Wait until the Republicans to have a greater majority in the US House;

* Wait for the Republicans to have a simple majority in the US Senate,

* Wait for more support from the Public,

* and THEN enact Legislation “to make sure that this never happens again.”

I call it RINO-ism, you may call it the Wait-er Republican Policy.

Sorry dude, straw argument, and logically impaired. I cannot guarantee that a Republican win in November will solve anything. I never have tried.

But I can guarantee a few other things. I can guarantee you that Obama and his inner circle are BEGGING for impeachment, so if you really want that, you are playing the dupe to them.

I can also guarantee you that an impeachment proceeding now would raise Democrat turn out - and it has already raised a ton of cash in four days - and would lead to more Democrat wins in November.

And I can guarantee that Democrats winning 2014 is abject disaster. You are having a reality problem, and simply venting at those of us who understand reality. We don’t like it, but we understand it. I invite you to learn and understand yourself.

Impeachment is definitely a Dem party fundraiser bonanza. They collected so much $$$ after Palin called for it so that now the Dems #1 issue for November elections is impeachment, they want to keep the $$$ coming and think it will turn out the 2012 voters again.

You say Palin is to blame for Obama's fundraising success.

You say the Dems WANT impeachment talk to continue whereas other reports show deep concern within the Administration.

You do know FR is a website for Constitutional conservatives, not just for Republican cowards to post...?

Thanks for your reply.

I appreciate reasoned dialogue, especially when the topic involves problems with no apparent solutions.

On schedule, the Forces of Democrat Corruption in DC, (FDCDC), responded in lock step with the distraction of the week: “If you nasty Republicans are going to take up Obama’s challenge of “So, sue me.” by actually bringing a “Sue Obama” Bill to the House floor, then what you really mean to do is to Impeach Obama.”

“Gridlock” Reid led the way for the FDCDC, sufficient enough for soft target Boehner to proclaim NO to Impeachment - - - Boehner has always been a sucker for Reverse Psychology Traps.

No mention was made by the Media supporters of the FDCDC for the obvious “straw argument” made by members of the FDCDC.

I appreciate that your many guarantees bode well for Democrats and bad for Republicans, no matter what the Republicans do or do not do.

That may be as good an explanation as any as to why Republicans always find themselves in a prison of their own making.

I welcome the loss of wealth to Democrat “Fat Cat” Donors. It is the one “transfer of wealth” Marxist Programs that I do approve of.

The FDCDC TV ads filled with Obamalies, will be enjoyable to watch - - - a fitting end to the Democrat Donors Wealth!

One of our Nation’s problems that have no apparent solution is as follows:

How can America institute Constitutional Checks and Balances when the Courts and the majority of elected Members of Congress do not want to enforce these Constitutional Checks and Balances?

BTW, the Reality that you mention of “- - - Democrats winning in 2014 is an abject disaster - - - “ would not be true for Americans who do NOT want Constitutional Checks and Balanced enforced - - - does that include you?

Well even if the truth hurts, fantasy is still not a realistic alternative. Just because you tell yourself that you can fly by flapping your arms doesn't stop you from falling.

But lets test your claim that Obama is really terrified of impeachment even though Dems seem downright giddy about it and are making it an major election issue:

If Obama is really terrified of impeachment, as you claim, then he will lay low on the executive orders, we have nothing to worry about with future amnesty orders. Oh, and he will enforce the laws, resume deportations, man, it will be Reagan time again.

Lets wait and see if you are right.

Obama is DREAMING of the GOP trying to impeach him.

It will give him the chance to play the “poor little victim” of the evil, “rayyyyycist” Republicans and put much grande deniro in the Dems campaign coffers.

And it’s not going to happen anyway, because our wonderful Jellyfish-spined Speaker has taken it off the table.

Bottom line: Not Going To Happen.

YOU: But lets test your claim that Obama is really terrified of impeachment...

First, the nature of your response is noted.

Secondly, I made no such claim. Putting words in my mouth. Just said there are others' reports that differ with your opinion.

YOU: Oh, and he will enforce the laws, resume deportations, man, it will be Reagan time again.

Please try to curb your bitterness. I'm not even sure we disagree on this point. Your tactics are showing and are revealing, though.

No matter who is Speaker.

They learned from Newt's experience in 1998.

Ted Cruz declines to follow Palin’s lead in calling for Obama’s impeachment ( July 9, 2014 )

“...No matter who is speaker...”

Point is, Boner took it off the table as even an option. So for anyone to bring it up as viable is now moot.

It would appear that you are correct in this assessment. Still, I think what is happening is a mistake for Constitutional conservatives, the Republican Party, FReepers, and freedom in the USA.

And if the Republican Party operatives who post here on occasions think their tactics of brow-beating those who disagree with them will spell more victories for their candidates in the future, they are greatly mistaken.

Not that this will happen:
....but another House member could start a House campaign to become House Speaker the next session promising to open articles of impeachment next January and a vote on it by....

But none will step up to that anymore than they have before, like January 2013.

...because Impeachment is just talk radio chatter.
