Given all the illegals that voted there is no doubt in my mind that Trump won the popular vote.
There is no winner of the popular vote.
Since the only official tally is at the state level and states do not expend energy to tally absentee and provisional votes if their number is smaller than the state differential, all of the votes will not be counted and if the total number of votes nationwide is larger than the difference between the two candidates, no clear winner of the nationwide popular vote exists.
The last I heard was Clinton ahead by about 600,000 with 7 million votes uncounted. Those numbers may have changed somewhat, but the point remains the same.
I think, conservatively, that 5% of the total vote can be deducted from Hillary’s vote total to account for illegals voting and count fraud. Conservatively.

That is not true. Remember that there are multiple other elections, state and local, on the same ballots. Even if the Presidential margin is big there will be down ballot races where the margin is smaller.

As long as California and New York are around I’d be surprised if Democraps didn’t get the popular vote. Regardless Hillary didn’t get a majority. Trump won the states, and thus the electoral vote.
Just like here in Ohio. When election day rolls around conservatives are usually digging out of a 200,000 vote hole because of Cleveland. Maybe the Democraps would like to call Ohio based on the early voting.
California and New York cancel out a lot of small states. Don’t see us complaining. If hildabeast wants to be President, she needs to put in the effort to win the smaller states. What matters most to California doesn’t sell in West Virginia.
Only state level ballot differentials will determine how many ballots are counted. You would have to have enough state level differentials to drive the total number of uncounted ballots under the level of the nationwide differential and then most likely the difference between the two would be so small it would trigger the recount level in every state. Are you ready for a Nationwide 100% recount?
That's what I think as well. That's why demoncrats in the large sanctuary cities are fighting very hard to keep the illegal immigrants in their cities. Even though they understand they're illegal, they know if they give in, the dems lose that huge power base.
Donald Trump and the American People cleaning up these sanctuary cities may be bad for the demoncrat party, but it is a very good thing for this nation.

I totally agree. Most of the illegals voted for Hillary.
If they can find them - which reports have said they can and will .. it’s already up to almost 600,000 people who illegally voted.
I suspect that after they finish finding all the CHEATERS, Hillary will no longer have any claim to ANYTHING.

The figure was determines by analyzing large blocks of voter registrations so it was not an opinion or a guess.

Today, on FoxBIZ, I heard it twice with no rebuttal from anyone.
At least three days ago, I saw a reference that Gallop Polling confirmed a number of illegals voting in CA because of their drivers licence process there.
If true, the breakdown of our voting system is complete.
We MUST have some sort of “credit card” voters card. You can travel the Worls and get $ out of any ATM...anywhere, and the transactions are secure (most of em)!!
The same sort of voter’s debit card should work just the same. Swipe it in the machine, enter a PIN and vote, print receipt!
But see, the MSM hates anything done conservatively - so they won’t deduct anything.
Utah’s vote was down by 320K+, nearly all on the Republican side.
Massachusetts was down 100K, nearly all on the Republican side.
The margin was 700k though.
Finally, there’s proof Bin Laden is dead: he voted in Chicago, Flint and NC.
