Who knew that Obamacare provides for a “Regular Corps” and a “Ready-Reserve Corps” of officers and individuals who are appointed by the president? Commissioned officers are subject to active duty at the call of the surgeon general. The new law provides $17.5 million in each of the first four years to recruit and train these reserves.
During his campaign, Obama said: “We cannot continue to rely only on our military. … We’ve got to have a civilian security force just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded. We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set.”
Section 5210 of the Patient’s Protection and Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare) may be the beginning of Obama’s civilian security force. This section amends Section 203 of the U.S. Public Health Service Act. Why it was included in the massive health-care bill is a question in search of meaningful answers. Judge Andrew Napolitano from Fox News has a few questions of his own.
The new law says, “The purpose of the Ready Reserve Corps is to fulfill the need to have additional Commissioned Corps personnel available on short notice (similar to the uniformed service’s reserve program) to assist regular Commissioned Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emergency response missions.”

I think, like with the 10,000 new IRS agents that the Obamacare law mentions, no funding was actually ever allocated once the congress switched hands. Besides $17.5 million a year isn’t going to get you much of an army (thats about the budget of one large town’s police department).
Nope, it is the jihadist doing recruitment and training in Mexico. Just saw a story elsewhere that new information has come to light they are/were preparing for after Obama left office.

Wait, does that mean that the “civilian security force just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded” now belongs to President Trump? He can ditch any zerobama flunkies (if they actually exist) and replace them with loyal patriots that have proper training in the handling and use of firearms.

I am thinking it is for situations like the Ebola outbreak. Not a bad idea I cringed when our brightest and best went to Africa during the outbreak. Who signs up for that kind of exposure?
May not be a good idea to look into their corps and see how the money was allocated what plans and protocols were set up moving forward after Ebola and other diseases.
I want the CDC to release information on all the new strains of flu, and other diseases that the 100s of thousands of illegal alien “children” brought into our country!
There is a historical precedent to quartine new arrivals until the pass medical exams. It would not be racist as the precedent was on legal Caucasian immigrants!
I remember, back in 2009-2010, that there were groups of ‘youth’ singing up to be trained by FEMA. I think we all thought that was going to be obama’s civilian security force. Are they still around? Or were they just a front group to get some money for nefarious purposes?
