“Nothing good happens after midnight.” Certainly, this is true today in New Orleans under the leadership of egomaniacal Mayor Mitch Landrieu. It is quite ironic that the liberal Democrat Mayor of New Orleans, Mitch Landrieu, is trying to erase uncomfortable parts of the city’s rich history while simultaneously preparing to celebrate the tri-centennial next year. A world-renowned city known for priceless architecture and monuments is becoming less interesting, all because of Landrieu’s insatiable political aspirations.
The march toward political correctness began early Monday morning at 1:30 a.m. as masked men in unmarked vehicles with no license plates removed the Liberty Place Monument. It will be the first of four Confederate monuments removed in New Orleans. All of them were declared “nuisances” by the New Orleans City Council in a 6-1 vote after unrelenting pressure from Landrieu. The Liberty Place monument is now being stored in an unknown location. The Mayor has not announced any final plans on what will happen to the monuments or the sites where they were displayed.
How old is Mitch Landrieu? If he is not over 50 he probably knows no history. All he knows is the leftist description of the world in which anything white and southern is Evil and Racist and must be expunged. The Civil War is but a phrase he has heard and knows nothing of it. The left which has sterilized the schools from K to PHD is intent on erasing knowlede of History, sort of as Moslems do. Both must do that because knowledge of History makes it difficult to believe.

Now is the time for citizens to file charges with the US Atty. General. If not now, then when?
Some rich Southern Patriot is going to have to buy up all the Southern war of defense icons and build a Southern resistance memorial museum.
The Left is the real American Taliban, destroying historic monuments because they don’t fit their religion of political correctness.
The left wants to remove anything that truthfully depicts their version of history, especially monuments to men who stood up to them for just reasons. They want their “Civil war was fought over freeing the slaves” to be the only description allowed rather than the cold hard truth that Lincoln sacrificed the lives of over half a million young men so northern interest could continue to rape the South financially.

As they did successfully after 620 AD, which is why most do not know what happened to Classical Christianity or Classical Western Civilization or what either achieved, and why most people associate slavery with the US in pre-Civil War times and not the muslim invention of that form of slavery.

It’s become a popular saying in left-wing circles that, “You’re entitled to your own opinions but not your own facts.” Well, here are some facts you can be sure of;
1) Most Confederate soldiers were doing their duty just
as all soldiers have done when drafted to defend their
country.
2) Many of the Confederate officers were graduates of the
U.S. military academies and served with honor.
3) States Rights does not = slavery.
The South was being
put upon in many other ways by the North. Facts are
that very few people owned slaves; most of the south
was poor farmers couldn’t afford slaves if they’d
wanted them and who weren’t getting by much better
than slaves themselves were.
You can’t change history by pretending it never happened and you certainly can’t do it by knocking down or destroying monuments. That’s what the communists do and, really, has anyone actually forgotten Lenin or Stalin?
I’ve been seeing China’s Red Guard in the liberal movement for a long time now. I never dreamed that sort of thing could happen in America.

The Civil War was basically a conflict between the two branches of liberal Democrats and the factions continue to battle each other today. It was the racist liberals (slave owners) vs. the emerging globalist/finance (Northern bankers, represented by Lincoln) faction. After the war, pro-slavery liberals went on to form the KKK and pass Jim Crow laws.
Even know we see the divide that exists between the welfare plantation liberals like Sanders and globalist, NWA libs like the Hilaribeast.

The Liberty Place Monument was NOT a Confederate monument.
It commented an even that occurred after the Confederacy surrendered and the CSA was abolished.
The Liberty monument has no Confederate significance or relevance. The next three are all honoring Confederate heroes. The problem with taking down the Liberty monument is it was a dry run for the real tasks, the cultural cleansing of NO. I hope the people of NO and Louisiana will soon find out who the company is that removed the monument and never do business with them again.
Just like Islam burning and destroying all historical sites. Got to erase all history for the mass brainwashing of the little Orwellian-raised kiddies who “think” boys and girls are interchangeable, and man/boy sex (Milo) is “Good” and Slavery is Freedom, Sodomy is a Virtue, and Up is Down.
Irrationality and ignorance is being forced on all children. Whoever controls the Arts/Culture can control the “thinking’ of the masses. Stalin and Mao knew that also, as little Fat Boy in NK and Castro in Cuba.
Freedom of thought, freedom of promoting patriotism/history is DENIED in the fascist city.
Is there any difference between Landrieu and AntiFa? No. Neither tolerates dissenting opinion, diversity of thoughts, free speech. Both would be very much at home with the Nazi book burners of the 1930s as they tried to control the same things.
Some statues were pulled down by the Communists, as statues were torn down in various revolutions -- including our own.
But probably more monuments were taken away when communism ended than when it started. Statues of Lenin were everywhere, and now they aren't. Same thing with statues of Saddam in Iraq.
Does that mean today's Russians are pretending communism never happened? Or just that they don't want to have the fact that it did happen rubbed in their faces all the time?
