Overdue. I'm sure there are files existing on many unsuspecting people. Find out just how many reports are out there as we gin up support for a major reorganization/cutback. Watch the deep state destroy them or say how it could take years. Make them squirm.

I think a huge majority would back Trump on this.
When the East German business fell apart, and the Germans finally opened up the records business of the Stasi....virtually every single adult in East Germany (16-million total) had some record....some thicker than others. The Germans have been careful not to say how many West Germans had records, but you tend to hear the number of 10-percent (figure 65 million total population in 1990) had records existing.
It would make you wonder about the FBI records, I’d take a guess that over five million records exist....but half of them might be for folks dead for over twenty years.
Won’t do any good. The dems received copies of the information on their enemies. They have no plans to admit that, or destroy the information.
When the German government released STASI files in 1992, it led to a number of prominent people committing suicide, because it revealed how they betrayed their friends and family.
I suspect we would see the same here.
It is not going to happen, but it would be wonderful to see the list of journalists, editors, and publishers that were on the payroll of the intelligence agencies or considered “agents of influence”.
Fifty years ago, an older woman my family knew was in a public place when a robbery took place at gunpoint. The crime was deemed Federal because the perp crossed state lines in his getaway. The woman, who was called as a witness, had never done anything in her life as a housewife with other than church, PTA, and parttime clerical work at a small locally-owned hardware store. Yet the prosecution arrived with an FBI folder several inches thick about her. And that was then, when everything was done by hand.
